Cali POV

This lil girl mane, she done tried my shit like I wouldnt whoop the shit out of her. Like naw lil girl I WAS LOCKED UP FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS, DA FUCK YOU THINK THIS IS? Made me rip my little dress too, she gon pay me back too. What a damn disgrace, she too damn spoiled and acting grown. Shawty got sum'n coming for her if she think she gon talk to ME ANYWAY SHE WANTS TO, NEXT TIME SHE TRY MY SHIT IMA BEAT HER ASS AGAIN AND SHOW HER WASSUP AND AINT NOBODY GON BE HOLDING ME BACK.

I was hitting down on the sidewalk, tryna cool down. Renae began crying as she ran into the house. Monica looked shocked at what had just happened, but Marlon was there tryna calm her down. De' tried talking to me, but shit I was not in the mood, next thing I went  super siyan on his ass and Im not tryna go there with him especially cause Im mad.

I finally stood up, and was about to go tell De', I was ready to go home when I heard police siren's coming down the street. I brushed it off until they told me to freeze. I mushed up my face as I faced them.

"Hey, there has been a report saying that there was a disturbance at this home? Was there a fight?" The female police officer asked me.

Everyone got quiet.

"Yeah there was" I said as I stepped closer to her.

"You mind coming over here and talking to us?" She asked. I nodded and made my way over to her.

"So what happened?" She asked me as she pulled out her notepad. "My niece was disrespecting me, and I whooped dat ass." I said nonchalantly.

Like look I have regret's of beating Kendra's ass cause the lil fast ass girl deserved it, I just wish it was inside cause I know people were looking out their window, gossiping, tryna figure out what happened, And ONTOP of that, I know ol' girl got her head knocked on the concrete pretty bad.

"Im sorry we're gonna have to take you in for further investigation" She said. I smacked my lips as I turned around and put my hands behind my back, expecting the handcuff's to come on.

She put the handcuff's around my wrists and grabbed my left arm, leading me towards her patrol car.

Everyone else was unaware of the conversation the other and I were having. I heard Monica scream as she began crying. My baby girl was probably scared they're arresting her mom again. A tear dropped down my cheek as I tried not to seek eye contact with her.

"FREEEEE CALII!! " I heard someone scream from their window.

The police woman got into the front seat and we drove off, heading towards the station.

They lead me into an old room where they left me handcuffed. A couple of minutes someone walked in.

"Cali? Is that really you?" A male voice said from behind me. I lifted up my head to see Kendrick Brown.

"Kendrick? Oh my gosh! Is that you?" I asked as my eyes got wide.

"Yeaa its really me Cali!" He said as he sat across from me.

Kendrick was my longtime crush in middle school/highschool. I always liked him, but he was never really into me. We were bestfriends though, I never got to express my emotions for him because he moved away and we lost contact.

After we caught up, we exchanged numbers and he let me go.

"And Cali?" He said as he walking me out.

"Dont be bustin' up no mo little girls faces" He chuckled.

"I gotchu." I said smiling, I gave him a tight hug as I went and called a taxi.
