Chapter 25 - "I have news..."

Savannah’s P.O.V

“Josh where are we going? I want to celebrate with the girls” when he hugged me he carried me bridal style touched my ankle and freaked, and then he just ran.

“To the hospital."

“But I’m fine! See?” I smiled at him softly and he smiled back.

“Have you seen your ankle?” I looked down at my feet but didn’t see anything

“No”

“ Really savannah? The games over you can drop the act now!” we were at the car, he opened my door and put me inside

“Put your seatbelt on” he ordered me, why was he mad?

He had gotten in the car but he didn’t drive anywhere, he looked like he was in pain

“What’s wrong?” I asked him, he looked down but didn’t say anything. I touched his face with the palm of my hand; he looked like he was in pain

“Nothing, let’s go”

We were driving in silence and it wasn’t a comfortable one, you could feel the tension in the air, and I didn’t even know why, he hadn’t really talked to me

“You know you have to talk to me”

He didn’t say anything; he just kept looking at the road

“What did I do?”

He stayed quiet once again, but you could tell he was mad, the vein on his forehead always popped up when he was mad, that was one of the things I loved, but I always made fun of him for that.

We were at the hospital and he had ignored me he whole time. We were in the parking lot and he got out of the car and came around to open my door, he bended down as to like carry me, but I stopped him

“I can walk” I was mad at him because he was mad at me and I didn’t even know why! Having a boyfriend/ fiancée is very frustrating!

We walked to the entrance of the hospital; my ankle hurting once in a while, but what hurt me the most was my head, I had a massive headache, nothing pain killers couldn’t fix though.

“Miss we have an emergency” josh told the lady at the front desk

“What happened?” she said in a very bored tone

“She sprained her ankle, I think she broke it” what? It’s not broken it doesn’t even hurt!

“Okay right this way” she said taking us to a room

“Just wait for the doctor, he’ll be here soon, meanwhile lay down” she said to me” and take off your shoes and socks off”

“Okay” I sat on the bed ready to take my shoes off but josh stopped me

“Lay down, I’ll do it” he said in a hard tone of voice

“Ohh um okay” he took my cleats off and I winced in pain when he took off my right cleat, but I don’t think he noticed. He stared at me and stared at him, we were having a staring contest, neither of us saying anything, until the doctor came in

“Hello my names doctor parker, what seems to be the problem?” he looked like he was in his twenties; he was very handsome, with very pretty brown eyes. He smiled up at me and I couldn’t help but smile back at him

“She sprained her ankle, but I think it’s a bad sprain or maybe it’s broken?” josh said, he seemed mad?

“Okay well let’s take a look, sit up miss” I did as he told me
