Chapter 41 "No! It's not what it look's like!"

Josh's P.O.V

I stood up surprised to see her standing in front of me

  

"sorry i dodnt mean to snap at you" I said innocently, she stopped glaring at me and smiled...she smiled at me?

"Haha it's okay, I noticed you guys since you started fighting it was..amusing" she smiled

"Glad it was entertaining" I smiled back at her, I turned to look at melinda she was just awkwardly standing there

  

"It was, you guys make such a great couple, how long have you been married for?" she said asking melinda. melinda panicked and looked at me, I looked back at savannah she looked genuinly happy. NO! she was supposed to be jealous not happy! DAMN!

"WHAT?! no, NO! It's not what it looks like! Actually thats what I came here to do...to beg you so we could talk?" I asked her, hope filled my eyes

"Um sure, but not here or else the paps and fans will maul us"

"Okay! do you want to go back to our, I mean my house?" I asked her

"Oh my god! yes! I haven't been there in ages! Lets go!" she said walking off. I looked at melinda and she gave me a two thumbs up!

  

"Wait how are you getting home?" i asked her

  

"I already called a cab...now go! shoo!" she said shooing me off

"Your the best mel!" I said kissing her cheek

  

"yes i know! now go before she changes her mind!"

"Do you want anything to drink?" I asked savannah while opening the front door to the house that used to be ours

  

"Water will be fine, wow its been a while since i've been here and it still looks the same" she took in her surroundings. I went to the kitchen and grabbed two cold water bottles, and went to the living room where she was sitting at smiling at her surroundings

"So what did you want to talk about?" she asked me eagerly. Right, we still had to talk, but how will I be able to tell her how I felt about her, that even staring at her made me nervous?

"Well um i just wanted to catch up, so how does it feel to be famous?" I asked her

  

"Amazing although my manager makes me do things that i dont want" she said sadly looking down at her lap and playing with her hands

  

"like what?" I asked her, if she talks about Lautner, I won't be able to contain myself.

  

She relaxed on the sofa "Like going out with taylor lautner..we arent exactly in love, we're just faking it, he's an absolute dick! Although he's very good at acting like he actually has feelings for me..but then again thats why he's an actor right?" she laughed sarcastically

  

yes! I might still have a chance! I tried not to show how happy i was feeling right at that moment. "Wow well you had everyone fooled" I smirked at her

"Oh I know...trust me if I could break up with him I so totally would, but we have to keep this up till all of the touring for the movie is done"

"Well how much longer?"

"A little more than a week" she said excitedly

  

"Wow thats great!"

  

"I know...so I know that's not what you wanted to talk to me about, i can see youre hesitation, and my career isnt all that it's cracked up to be, its quite boring really" she laughed at me

  

Damn she caught me! She's still the same smartass I fell in love with. I'm glad fame hasnt changed a thing about her. She's still the same caring and humbled person she's always been, oh and sarcastic, let's not forget her sarcasm.

"Well all I've been dying to know is why? why couldn't we be together after we found out that ashley's baby wast mine..." I won't sit here and pretend to sound like a man, because when she left me she had no idea how hurt I was, and this question has always been in the back of my head.

  

There was a long awkward silence and i knew this would happen. This just opened the door to all of our unresolved feelings.

  

"Because I knew what you wanted and i knew what I wanted, and what we both wanted were so much different, so I knew we couldn't work, but you dont know how lo-" I cut her off. If I didnt tell her how I felt about her right now I dont think i'll ever get the chance to again.

"Savannah i still love you,that hasn't changed one bit..." her eyes showed a different glint in them a happy one?

She stood up and jumped on me, she kissed me and I kissed her passionately back. The kiss was getting heated by every second. The kiss was different, we needed that after so long of being away from each other, she was straidling me while I was playing with her hair, Oh how i missed those lips of hers. We both pulled back for air, we were both smiling like idiots, we started kissing again when she abruptly stopped. she looked at me...confused

  

"What?" I asked her

  

"What about you and melinda?"

"Oh long story...."

"I've got time"
