Savannah’s P.O.V
KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK somebody was knocking at the hotel room door
“Yeah?” I asked
“Can I come in?” phew good it was Nina
“Yes come in” she peeped her head in to the door and her eyes watered
“I can’t believe you’re getting married…you look beautiful” (sniff, sniff) “I'm sorry I know I promised I wouldn’t cry but I can’t help it I'm sorry” (sniff) Nina said
“Well you can cry after the wedding okay?” I went up to her hugged her and closed the door
“Okay” she said with her puffy eyes and sat down on the couch next to the mirror where she was re-touching my make-up
There was another knock on the door “honey can we come in?” my mom asked
“Yeah mom go ahead” I said to my mom and sat down in front of the mirror
“Oh honey you look so beautiful” my mom started bawling
“Mom please don’t cry” I told her, my eyes started watering “see what you do to me mom haha”
“ oh honey I promised I wouldn’t cry I'm sorry” my mom said snuggling in to my dad’s chest, my dad’s eyes were red and puffy, my dad has never ever cried and when I saw him tears started rolling down my face
“Sweetheart please don’t cry you’re going to ruin your make-up” my mom told me
“Too late mom, see what you guys do to me! Haha” I laughed with tears in my eyes
“Honey I just wanted to give you something” my dad said looking at me and getting a silver jewelry box out of his pocket
“I want you to have this, it was your grandmothers, shes always wanted you to have it, but she felt like it was never the right time so she told me to give it to you on your wedding day” my dad started tearing up again making me cry, he opened the box, but I just stared at the necklace in awe it was beautiful it was a silver heart locket with gold around it. There were two pictures, one on each side. On one side it had a picture of a baby girl around 3 years old and on the other side it had a picture of a boy around the same age.
“Dad who are these kids?” I asked looking at my dad, his face lightened up and smiled at me
“Honey it’s you and josh, your grandmother always knew you two would end up together one way or another, and my golly was she right... I mean look at you know you’re about to get married!” my dad said
“I know it’s so unreal! So do you guys have any idea where josh is taking me after the wedding?” I asked my parents
“You mean the honeymoon?” mom asked and dad tensed up
