2 YEARS LATER

  

“So I heard he’s back in town” Ashley told me, holding little Aiden in her arms, now sleeping, he’s 2 years old and he’s full of energy, think of him as an energizer bunny

“Yeah I know I heard” sadness overcoming me, it’s been 2 years that I haven't seen josh, ever since little Aiden was born, we never got back together and it was my fault, I still loved him but I just couldn’t be with him, I couldn’t be THAT girl, I just couldn’t so I gave up…

“Hey ya’ll” Nina came towards us with Alex at her side, she sat down in the table with Aiden, Ashley, Sam, zack, john and myself, only that zack was on the dance floor with his boyfriend. As you may have already found out Ashley and Sam fixed things up and now they live together with a beautiful boy named Aiden and a beautiful baby girl on the way, they are the perfect family

“Hey newlyweds” I told Nina, yep you heard right Nina and Alex got married and I was her maid of honor, big shock there…note the sarcasm?

“Here’s your drinks” Sam said with 3 cups of soda in his hands, he sat down next to Ashley

“Thanks…” I felt somewhat left out and feeling like a 3rd wheel, well if you really think about it more like a 7th wheel, since now everyone had a significant other, well except me

“here, give me him” Sam told Ashley, she was about to pop, well not literally she was 6 months pregnant with a baby girl on the way, which she’s going to name after me, yup I feel pretty darn special.

“I'm happy to see you, I feel like I haven't seen you in forever” Nina gushed, this is the first time in 2 years that I came down to town, ever since I left after graduation

“I know...it’s been…long” I hate this town; I left because I needed a change I needed to get away from certain people

“So how’s school, your new single?” everyone had started gathering around me, zack and john happily holding hands, I was so happy for him he had finally found his other crazy half, they were like two peas in a pod.

“Well I just graduated from Julliard’s with a music major and my agent talked to a distributor and my new single will be out in 2 weeks” everyone looked at me, with amused smiles on their faces

“OMG Anne your famous now!!!” everyone laughed, when I graduated high school, I got a full ride scholarship to study music at Julliard’s as my major, I left right after school ended which was only a month after Aiden was born.
