Savannah’s P.O.V

I recognized that voice like I had been hearing it for 20 years, although I was trying to tell myself that it wasn’t him, it couldn’t possibly be him, he wasn’t supposed to come. I was so mad I was cursing every word in the dictionary; my life just keeps getting better and better.

Thank god for my guardian angel named mark, he texted me right before I could tell that asshole something and I was so thankful

Mark: Hey babe I'm outside…I'm waiting, u know what? I’ll just go inside :)

 

 

Me: fine by me, this way u can meet everyone; including THAT one person, he’s here can u believe it? Cuz I can’t!

 

 

Mark: oh well no I'm definitely going in!

 

 

This is why I loved mark he was always there for me in my worst time of need and he woul always stick up for me, and don’t be so surprised he calls everyone ‘babe’ or ‘hon’ what do you expect he’s from jersey!

I looked up not wanting to see his face, but then I saw panic flash through Nina’s eyes and I didn’t know why, I tried making eye contact but she wouldn’t budge. I looked at everyone and every single one of my friends had the exact same look on their face, which made me even more nervous, I didn’t know what to expect.

What I certainly didn’t expect was to see a hot blond clinging to his arm, I hate to say it but they looked adorable, and OH look at that! She’s wearing a wedding ring and OH so is he! I think that’s what pained me the most, I thought he would’ve move on, and I'm glad he did, I just didn’t want to see him.

He looked at me up and down, the blond staring blankly ahead I guess she was one of THOSE!

“hey everyone” josh said, he got ‘hellos’ and ‘HI’s’  returned to him I just couldn’t seem to make my mouth move or make words come out
