Sorry for the wait everyone, and in honor for Valentine's Day that happened last week, this'll be a Valentine's Special. Enjoy.
Kendall POV
"Happy Valentine's Day Kaylie." I said as I handed her the card. She smiled and gave me a hug.
"This is a big teddy bear Daddy." She smiled with glee. She put the bear down and went for the chocolates.
"Don't eat too many today Kaylie, you'll get sick." I turned around and saw Katelyn in the kitchen. "And Happy Valentine's Day to you babe." I kissed her on the lips. She smiled and stood up.
"Aw I love it Kendall, thank you. Happy Valentine's Day to you." She handed me my present. I opened it and smiled.
"You didn't have to get me this, thank you so much." I hugged her. Kaylie came in with a present in her hands. She was signing her name, then she walked up to me. "Kaylie, you didn't have get me anything for Valentine's Day." She looked up at me confused.
"Oh, this isn't for you. It's for Colton across the street." She skipped out the door. "Who the hell is Colton? Oh no she has a boyfriend already." Katelyn laughed. "I knew this day was coming, but I didn't think it would be this fast." Katelyn was holding her stomach laughing it up. This was no laughing matter.
"And what are you laughing at? This isn't funny." She calmed down and collected herself.
"Kendall she's five, you act like they're getting married tomorrow." I shrugged.
"You never know." She shook her head.
"I don't think it's anything serious Kendall, she's just a little girl." I scoffed. Kaylie walked back into the house with a different present in her hand. Katelyn approached her. "Did Colton get you this?" She nodded and ran to her room.
I sighed, "Let's just watch some TV." We went to the living room and sat down. I picked up the remote and surfed through some channels. "No, no." Katelyn sighed and took the remote from me.
"How about all of us go on a Valentine's Day dinner?" I looked at her weird.
"Isn't that supposed to be like romantic, like only a me and you thing?" She shrugged and looked up.
"It doesn't have to be romantic today, we can always do something later, just the two of us." I nodded.
"Ok, that's cool with me. We'll go around six." I took the remote from Katelyn. I received the death glare, but I ignored it and surfed through the channels. Katelyn scooted toward me and we just cuddled and watched TV.

"Come on girls let's go!" I yelled up the stairs.
"Wait a minute Kendall!" Katelyn yelled back at me.
"I've been waiting for an hour!" I rolled my eyes as I heard the sink upstairs turn on. "I guess I'll just have to wait longer." I sat down on the couch and looked at my watch. I guess that's girls for you. Guys out there, you just sit down, shut up and let them lead the way, even if they're leading you off a cliff. Somehow in their minds it'll work out.
A few minutes later Katelyn and Kaylie finally came down. I stood up, "Finally, let's go." We walked out the house. I opened the car for Katelyn and Kaylie and got in.
We were going to this fancy restaurant just outside of town. We arrived at the restaurant. I walked up to the podium with Katelyn and Kaylie following behind me. "Reservation for Schmidt please." The man looked in the book and smiled. "Right this way sir."
We follow him into a more secluded part of the restaurant. "A waiter or waitress will be right with you, enjoy." He walked away. "It's so dark back here daddy," Kaylie said. I looked around. "Yeah, there's a little less lighting around here I suppose." I picked up the menu.
"Geez, everything is so much money." I looked from the menu to Katelyn. She gave me a 'really' look.
"Says the person who said a two billion dollars wasn't a lot of money." I laughed. She was right I did say that.
"Well this is food and I don't think it should be this valuable, I mean, you're going to eat it, poop it out and flush it down the toilet. What's the point of making it so fancy?" She chuckled and put her menu down.
A waiter came and laid out silk napkins for us. "Hello I will be your waiter for the evening, are we celebrating this evening or what?" Katelyn smiled.
"It's our Valentine's Day dinner." The waiter smiled, "Ah, well let's make this a more eventful evening by letting me show you are finest wine of the night, the price is $500, would you like some?" No way in hell was I gonna-.
"Of course we would!" Katelyn said. I nearly passed out. "Excellent," the waiter said as he poured the wine in our glasses. "What shall I get for the little one?" I was still in a daze because I just bought a $500 wine.
"I would like fruit punch please." The waiter nodded and went to fetch the fruit punch.
I leaned into the table toward Katelyn. "What am I made out of money?" She thought.
"Actually you kind of are." She had a point. Oh what am I saying it was wine.
"This is part of your present, $500 is nothing when it comes to you and whatever you want." I fake smiled. She laughed.
"I'm glad you see it that way Kendall."
Throughout the evening we talked about random things and enjoyed our food. I was a happy camper until I saw the bill. I whispered to myself.
"$650! Damn wine." I looked back up at Katelyn and put my smile back on. I put my credit card in the pocket and gave it to the waiter. He brought it back a few minutes later and we got up to go home.
"Thanks Kendall, this was nice. Did you have fun Kaylie?"
"Yeah, it was very fun." I chuckled, "That bill was fun too haha." I opened the doors again for Kaylie and Katelyn and we made our way back home.
Oh yeah, Happy Valentine's Day everybody.
