Sorry for the wait. I was in Las Vegas, but I'm back now! Enjoy.

Katelyn POV

I got done changing Kody's diaper, then I put him down for a nap. I went downstairs to see Kendall sprawled out on the couch in his boxers. I shook my head as I stared him down.

"Lazy." I muttered. I sighed and made my way in the kitchen. There, was Kendall's maid, I remember her very well, considering when Kendall and I were in a fake marriage, he was so rude to her and almost fired her over coffee that wasn't up to his "standards". I smiled to myself.

I made him apologize, it took awhile, but he did. That's when I realized that Kendall could possibly like me, considering he actually listened to me when I told him to do something. Anyway, I stopped going down memory lane and decided to say hi.

"Hello." She jumped a bit and turned around. She chuckled.

"Oh dear, you've scared me a bit, how are you?"

"I'm fine, I didn't mean to startle you." She nodded and dried the dishes.

"Did you move in with Mr. Schmidt?" I nodded.

"Yeah, he begged be to death so, how could I possibly turn him down? Haha." She nodded and turned off the sink. "Has he been nice to you?"

"I wouldn't say nice, I would say that I can make do with him and his attitude." I nod.

"If you ever feel like he disrespected you, please come and tell me, I will put him in check." She smiled and wiped down the counters.

"It's so nice having someone nice like you to work for now, also someone who has control over Mr. Schmidt." She continued wiping the counter down, fiercely, making sure not to miss a spot. Even tilting her head to look in the light to make sure everything looked wiped.

"Has Kendall given you a day off?" She laughed.

"Mr. Schmidt has never given me a day off, as long as I've worked for him." Oh hell no. I feel so bad for this woman, Kendall is not a very nice to person to his staff which are the people keeping this house nice and afloat.

"Well, stop what you're doing, you can have a whole week off." This woman deserved it, for all she's done for Kendall. If I was her, I would've quit by now, but she probably needed this job.

"Ms. I don't know if he-." I cut her off.

"Leave Kendall to me, I'll deal with him later, if you feel that you have been overworked, you can come to me and I will give you as much time as you need off." She came up to me and gave me a hug.

"Oh thank you, thank you. You are too kind." I shook my head.

"You deserve this, after all you have done for Kendall, you absolutely deserve this." She smiled and walked pass me to her bedroom to get her stuff. I feel like I made a difference in someone's life. This woman was overworked and tired, Kendall ought to be ashamed of himself.

"Where the hell is she going?" I knew that groggy sleeping voice. I turned around and crossed my arms.

"I gave her a week off." He widened his eyes and had a angry look on his face.

"You did what?"

"I gave her a week off because you've been working her too hard. Kendall you've never have given this woman a day off let alone have been nice to her this entire time she's worked here."

He scoffed and poured himself a glass of water. "I'm nice enough, I let her live in my fucking house."

"Only because that's what you're supposed to do, I'm surprised you let her do that. You should be a lot more grateful to your staff because they do everything to keep this house up and keep you happy, can you not see that?"
