"Oh uh, hi.." She awkwardly smiled, not knowing what to do.

She was getting more nervous by the second, how did he know her name? She didn't want to awkwardly say,"Hey I don't know you but thanks for saying hi. Kay bye."

He looked at her for a minute, her lips moving to speak, but he quickly pulled her into an empty hallway to avoid anyone getting in the way.

"Ariana I-" he was at a loss of words, he didn't see the girl for several years, can you really blame him?

"Mr. Styles." He whipped his head over to the interruption, waiting for the assistant principle to yell at them for standing there and not getting to class.

"What are you doing out here? Do I have to give you a detention slip because this is the fourth time this week you've been late to class."

Ariana looked down at the excuse slip she had, stating her memory loss and confusion, then she came up with an idea to get both of them out of trouble.

"Actually sir, I have a pass. He was just trying to help me to where I was supposed to be because I was lost and I didn't know where my next class was." She put on a kind smile, slightly nervous from lying, hoping he'd buy the story.

"Oh, well why didn't you say anything earlier? Very nice to see that you, young man, are actually doing something nice for someone else." Harry rolled his eyes, it's not like he was a bad person or anything, he just didn't like coming to school often because he didn't have the one friend he wanted to be with, and that was her.

After the man proceeded to walk away, Harry gently took a hold of her wrists, about to express all his feelings since she left, but he couldn't think of any words to say because he was just surprised to see her. Right now, of all things, he just wanted to kiss her. He craved her lips and he just wanted to grab her face and smash their lips together and never pull away. Before he started to lean in, her pass fell onto the ground.

Harry mentally groaned, just wanting to kiss her already.

He reached down and grabbed a hold of the note pass, his eyes scanning over it. His breathe hitched in his throat, regretting reading the words that seemed to haunt him at the moment.

He couldn't believe his little Ariana had lost her memory. He knew she was in an accident, but nobody told him what happened after that.

He took a long breath in and let it out after a few seconds. Ariana looked concerned for the odd boy in front of her. Harry felt like smashing his face into a locker, or punching a wall. How was he supposed to react in this type of situation?

"Well-I'm Harry." he nervously stuck out his hand, trying not to break down as the girl he loved was standing right in front of him, but as a different person now.

"I'm Ariana, but you already know that..I guess." She awkwardly smiled, looking around to see if anyone would come to cut the tension.

"Well, it was nice meeting you, bye." Harry turned around, and walked to his classroom, head bowed and hands in his pockets.

How stupid he was to think she still had feelings for him.

She didn't even know who he was.

"The school dance is coming up, have you asked anyone yet, Styles?" Harry sighed, looking up.
