Baka (Rin Okumura x Reader)

You sighed as you began sketching on the bottom of your notebook. It's not that you found Yukio's classes boring. No,you happend to like his classes because you actually learned something. The problem was his brother.... Rin Okumura.

You had a crush on him and you tried .... Various times to give a hint yet he didn't seem to realize they were hints. He'd gotten so used to being around you that almost any form of affection you showed towards him was easily seen as an act of friendship.

" Baka" you muttered under your breath, Rin Okumura may be a half demon but he was as clueless as a kitten without a litter box. The bell rang bringing you back to reality, you glanced at the bottom of the page and realized that you'd unconsciously sketched a heart with both your name and Rin's , said demon curiously peeked over your shoulder in order to see what you'd sketched this time. "Oi, Y/N what did you draw?" startled by said demon's voice you quickly covered the page hoping he hadn't seen such embarrassing sketch. The thought of it made you mentally groan of course he just had to show up at such an embarrassing moment. "NANDEMONAI" ( nothing in japanese) you could feel your cheek's burning but despite this the demon still didn't seem to get the memo. He  shrugged his shoulders making you let out a breath you didn't realized you'd been holding. Thank god he was clueless

" anyways, let's go" The demon was now standing at the door, waiting for you. You quickly placed all of your books in your backpack and slung it over your shoulder. You hurried to the door to meet up with Rin, he chuckled lightly and ruffled your hair " let's go, short stack" the nickname made you pout causing a laugh to erupt from the demon you'd come to love. You sighed at the all too familiar sound for it was the same sound that would always manage to sweep you off your feet.

A tint of pink fell upon your cheeks once you realized you'd been staring at the male. You looked away while playfully smacking the now smiling demon on his shoulder " Baka" He held his shoulder while pretending to be in pain  " ay, always so cold y/n" he teased, making a laugh escape your own lips. " maybe I wouldn't need to smack you if you weren't such a baka" The demon scratched the back of his neck while sheepishly grinning however the grin had left as quick as it came for both of you had been startled by an all to familiar voice." she is right nii-san " Both of you stared at the younger twin in surprise for none of you had noticed his presence.

" jesus Yukio you almost gave me a heart attack" you muttered making the younger twin chuckle "gomen". No longer feeling startled, you simply  chuckled at the younger twin's reaction and ruffled his hair " Baka". Not hearing the older twin's voice, you looked in his direction only  to see him pouting  while staring at the ground. " Oi, Rin . What's the matter?" You asked making him look at you. You noticed a slight tint of pink covering his cheeks making you smirk." could it be that you're jealous?" your choice of words took him aback causing him to look away "pfft me jealous... No" The tint of pink on his cheeks turned an even deeper shade making  him scratch the back of his neck out of embarrassment. However his childish actions only managed to make  a giggle escape your lips  " well seeing as you are not jealous I'll walk back home with Yukio" You spun on your heels, slowly walking away from said Demon until you felt someone  grab your shoulder and hold you back. " I-I'm your baka" the barely audible reply from Rin caused the shade on his cheeks to darken, turning into a red.

" I'm sorry Rin but what did you say ?" He blushed an even deeper shade, if that was even possible and spoke up " I said I-I'm your baka" you turned around and walked closer to him, grinning like an idiot after having heard him the first time "speak a little louder,Rin"

" I SAID THAT I'M YOUR BAKA NOT YUKIO OR ANYONE ELSE" he said making him quickly cover his mouth with wide eyes,realizing what he had just revealed. " Gomen, I-I didn-" You shake your head at the flustered demon while signing " Baka" Your actions seemed to have taken him by surprise making him furrow his brows in confusion " nani? ( what?)"  you chuckled slightly while flicking the clueless demon's forehead " Baka ...because you're so clueless, I've liked you for so long,Rin. I've even tried to give you hints hoping you'd pick up on at least one of them and tell me if you  like me back or not. Despite all of this here you are, thinking I don't feel the same and maybe you're right...because.... I don't just like you Rin Okumura.... I-I love you... ." You blushed and looked towards the ground, knowing that you'd finally done it. You'd finally confessed to the clueless demon.

Your words made Rin no longer feel embarrassed, it's as if your words gave him the courage he needed to do what he'd been waiting so long to do. The said male tilted your chin up with his finger and softly placed his lips on yours. Your hands wrapped around his neck as his wrapped around your waist, your lips now moving in sync fitting perfectly together like two puzzle pieces. Even when you both broke apart for air, you could still feel the taste of his lips still in yours making you smile.

The clueless demon ruffled your hair and placed his chin on top your head  making you giggle." Baka " You buried your head in his neck, taking in his scent . Your words  made the demon smile and mutter the words that you'd been waiting to hear for so long." I can't argue with you on that one but I can say that I'm your Baka"
