Lies ( Izaya Orihara x reader)

Lies , every word the informant would say were lies. All of those words were lies , lies to deceive, lies to despair, lies to weaken others.. You knew all about those lies, about those...schemes yet you couldn't help falling for him. " Why am I such a baka?" You muttered as you placed your head on the table.  

You didn't how or when you'd fallen for him, it'd just happened at first you thought it was just an attraction yet as time went by you realized how much you'd fallen for the sly informant. You sighed , Baka , Baka , Baka .

You stretched your arms and went to grab your coat before heading outside, hoping that maybe just maybe you would see said informant. You walked through the snow while staring at the city in awe, it looked so peaceful ... so quiet... for now. You knew how quick that peace would fade away thanks to Izaya who was most likely, currently planning on fixing that soon.

You chuckled at the thought while shaking your head. You could just imagine the informant  lurking around the city to find out new secrets that could wreak havoc in the once tranquil city .  " what are you laughing about, Y/N?" A voice whispered in your ear sending shivers down your spine, making you jump " Jesus, Izaya you scared the living daylights out of me." He chuckled, while plastering his famous smirk on his face. " can't you just be like normal people and say hi or something?" A chuckle escaped his lips once again "but what's the fun in that? Besides you look cute when you're scared, Y/n-chan" you blushed and quickly diverted your gaze from the informant. He poked your cheek " blushing already y/n chan ?" He smirked, knowing that he was the cause of this.

You shook your head, no longer trusting your voice. Izaya loved to see your reactions, he'd always find them cute and adorable " then why were your cheeks red?" You blushed once again while staring at your feet, knowing how easily you'd melt by simply staring at him  "pfft, me blush pffft yeah, right..." He grinned " are you admitting it?" Your eyes widened " No..."

" messing with you is always so fun y/n-chan. " you pouted making him chuckle once again " you're too cute.." He poked your nose as you blushed so much that you were certain your cheeks could be compared to an actual tomato.

"Ne, Y/N- chan want to know a secret?"  You stared at him dumbfounded as you nodded. " I. love. You" three simple words and eight simple letters yet they caused such an impact on you.

You felt butterflies in your stomach while you blushed " I-Izaya-kun.." He began laughing as you stared at him in confusion " Y/n- chan , I love every human. Their always so fun to toy with" You looked away in embarrassment " oh..." You muttered, the sly informant laughed until he noticed your glum expression.

" Y/n- chan I-" The informants voice was soon interrupted by a familiar blonde haired bartender " IZAYAAAAAAAA!" He tossed a stop sign,Izaya barely managing to avoid it .  " Always so cold Shizu-chan " he muttered while Shizuo got closer to him" GET BACK HERE YOU FLEA" 
The sly informant chuckled as he began running , the angry blonde ran after the sly informant while muttering the words 'flea' and 'scumbag' under his breath.

You sigh, he 'loved 'you the same way he 'loved' everyone else . " Baka" you muttered to yourself while you made your way to your favorite place to go to when it was winter. You sat on the snow and leaned your back against the tree.

You were sick and tired of Izaya playing with your feelings, yet you never lost hope of him meaning those words, you always hoped that one day you could call him yours . Yet as you sat here, by this tree you saw that dream start to slowly slip away. " I'm such an idiot" you muttered. You covered your face in your hands and groaned, why did he always have to toy with your feelings?'

You took your hands from your face and stared at the clouds, unaware of the sly informant that was watching you from afar . "Izaya-kun is such a baka" you sighed "but then again I'm the one to blame for falling for him"

You felt something cold touch your nose as you looked up to see snow gracefully falling. Your lips curved into a smile at the white substance. "Maybe I should just move on" your smile faded at the thought  until a familiar voice startled you " or maybe you should be with me.." You looked up to see the one an only Izaya Orihara sit besides you.

"I swear if this is another of your jokes-" he shook his head ."It isn't " you waited for a chuckle or laugh but it never came, you'd never seen Izaya this serious. " Y/n-chan I don't only love you, I adore you. At first you were just a pawn but then I fell for you y/n-chan and I truly mean it " you were speechless, all this time.... he'd loved you back. You felt as if you were in a dream.

You'd zone out until a familiar chuckled snapped you out of it " isn't this the part where you kiss me?" You giggled and placed your lips on his,you felt butterflies in your stomach, your one and only wish had finally come true. You broke the kiss as he stared at you with loving eyes before whispering in your ear " from now on you'll be my queen and I'll be your king and I'll protect you with all my power for you are my most important piece" his voice sent shivers down your spine as you blushed from the proximity.

"I-Izaya-kun..." You were now a blushing mess as the sly informant slightly bit your ear "Ne y/n- chan , blushing already?"
