Toriel and you chatted about life for a while, then Nazur declared a picnic.
"It will be a way for the children to bond some more!" He claimed, but you had a feeling he just wanted something from you.
Turns out, he didn't. You talked and ate good food, then it got late. You were worried about leaving Chara with such a good family, but he insisted he would be fine.
"(y/n), I've got this! They trust me 100%!"
That was what you were worried about. The more they trusted him, the easier he could kill them. You've seen what Chara could do.
You walked away from the castle, heading towards the lab.
~Le timeskip~
You opened the door. "Gaster! Sans! Papyrus! I'm back!"
Gaster yelled from downstairs. "I'm downstairs!"
Taking the elevator, you hummed to yourself.
You stepped out and saw Gaster sitting at a bench and writing in chicken scratch.
"Where's Sans and Papyrus?" You asked.
"Huh?" Gaster looked up. "Oh, they're at Grillby's. I needed some quiet. Would you mind getting them?"
"Not at all! Should I pick something up for supper?" You got to go see Grillby.
"Uh, no. You can go eat at Grill's."
You nodded. Yay! You could see Grillby!
You skipped out of the lab and left.
-Gaster's POV-
The experiments needed to be terminated.
They were walking time bombs.
-Grillby's POV-
"grill, when are you gonna pop the question?" Sans asked.
"Uh, what?" I looked away, awkwardly.
"GRILLBY! (Y/N) LOVES YOU! YOU KNOW SHE WOULD SAY YES!" Papyrus tried to convince me.
"I... I can't."
"come on, man. why not?"
I shook my head.
"GRILLBY... WHY NOT?"
I sighed. "I have little to no courage. Besides, what if she says no?"
"grill. she won't say no. have you seen the way she looks at you? she's enamored with you!"
A voice spoke up from the door.
"WHO'S enamored with Grillby?"
I turned around to see a furious (y/n).
Her wings were out, and she had a quill- dagger thing in her hand.
She looked dazzling.
Also terrifying, but that was beside the point.
