Confessions

Marinette-
We walk through the park, lased fingers, watching the sun set. We pass by a bench and I figure it's time to tell him. I stop in my tracks, holding Adrien back from walking forward.
He looks back at me with a concerned face. "What is it, Marinette?"
"We need to talk." I say looking down at my feet.
He gestures toward the bench for us to sit down. I take a seat on the cold bench, and he sits next to me.
I sigh. "At the theater, when you left to get the snacks, a guy sat in your seat."
"Really?" He asks relaxing a bit. "Did he do anything?"
"He said. 'You can do better.' and 'I'm much better.'"
"Oh." Is all he says looking down.
'Th...That's not the only thing." I sigh. "You see. After the guy came and left it....it occurred to me..."
"What is is Marinette?"
"What if you only like me because I'm Ladybug, and nothing else."
He looks at me shocked. Hurt.
"Yes." He says cupping my face with his hand.
Really?!
"I like you because you're Ladybug." He continues. "But I also like you as Marinette. You both are brave, smart, creative, pretty. I'd like you even if you weren't her. If Hawk Moth wasn't a threat,and we weren't Cat Noir and Ladybug I KNOW for a fact we would be sitting here, together, right now."
I stair into his emerald green eyes, and we start to lean closer and closer.
"I know it's a little soon, but may I kiss you?" He whispers.
Slowly I nod my head. He places his other hand on the lower part of my back, pulling me closer. I close my eyes as our lips meet. I can taste the popcorn on his lips. We stay this way from what seems like forever. Eventually we pull apart, and heat rushes to my cheeks, warming them from the cold air. I shiver at the new feeling of cool in the air. Adrien then slips off his white jacket, and places it over my shoulders.
"Thank you."
"What are boyfriends for?" He smiles, getting up.
"B-B-Boyfriend!" I stutter, my cheeks getting warmer.
"Y-yeah." He says, his cheeks becoming a bright red. "I-I guessed I should have asked."
He kneels down on one knee, and cups my hands in his.
"Marinette." He says. "Will you be my year girlfriend?"
You do know how long I've waited for you to ask me that!!!!!
"Yes!" I say jumping on top of him, wrapping my arms around his neck. We topple over onto the ground. Adrien pushes himself up into a sitting pot, and wraps his arms around my waist as I sit on his lap.
"Milady." He says.
I pull back, and look into his eyes.
"I love you."
"I love you too, Kitty."

Marinette-
We reach my place around 7:30. My parents are probably watching the tv in the living room. I take out my key for the side door of the bakery.
"See you at school?" I ask Adrien.
"You know it." He winks.
After unlocking the door I slide his jacket off my shoulders, and hand it to him. He slides it back on, his cheeks turning a slight red. I slide my arms around his neck, and tap his nose with my finger.
"So Kitty. I have a question for you." I say.
"Yes Bug-a-boo?" He says wrapping his hands around my waist. My heart flutters at his touch.
"What are we going to tell people when they ask how we got together?" I ask. "I know for a fact Alya is going to ask me, and I'm pretty sure Nino will ask you."
"Good question. We defiantly can't tell them about what happened with Ladybug and Cat Noir in the fear box."
I ponder the question. We could tell them that well fell and accidentally kissed. No, done that to many times that didn't end in a kiss. Then it dawns upon me. An idea that will have Alya totally convinced.
"Oh. I got a good one." I say excitedly.
"Ok. Shoot."
"You know how I used to get really flustered around you, and not form full sentences?"
"Really?" He asks. (#clueless)
"Yea. Anyway, we can say that you asked me a question about the project, and I dorkishly  said I like you and you felt the same."
"Perfect." He say touching his forehead to mine.
"You mean purr-fect." I joke.
"Well well it looks like a certain cat has rubbed off on you." He jokes. "When did you start liking my jokes?"
"I've always thought they were funny, but they were sad at the wrong time."
"Noted."
"Silly Kitty." I giggle, kissing his nose.
"I have to go." He says sadly. The corners of his mouth tugging down.
"I know." I pout. "I'll see you at school."
I slip out of his embrace, but before he pecks my cheeks and walks down the block. I skip inside the bakery, and up the stairs into the family room. Papa sits on the couch watching the news, while Mama washes the dishes at the sink.
"Why are you so bubbly?" Mama giggles.
"Nothing!" I say. I force my self to yawn. "Well I'm tired. I already had dinner. Night!"
Rushing up to my room I climb up my ladder into my bed. I don't feel like changing into my pajamas. Today was just to perfect to do anything else. Getting paired with my crush, hanging out with him in the park, reveling who I was to Cat Noir. And finding out he's my crush! Then we went to the movies where I meet that stranger. Just to wrap up the day with a kiss, and my dream of Adrien and I becoming a couple finally came true! It takes a lot out of you.
"So Adrien was Cat Noir all along." Tikki giggles popping out of my purse. "Who would have guessed!"
She floats up to where my head is on my pillow.
"So how does it feel dating the guy of your dreams?"
"Magical." I sigh. Yawning for real for this time, and climb under the covers. Tikki lays down on the pillow, and covers herself up with a blanket I made her. Grabbing my phone from my purse I sit up in my bed. As I turn it on a picture of Alya and I pops up on the screen. Opening up the message app I text her.
"Awesome news! Tell you at school tomorrow!"
I hit send, and put my phone back into my bag. Resting my head on the pillow I fall asleep.

Adrien-
I have a girlfriend! Ladybug is my girlfriend! Marinette is my girlfriend!
I could scream it to the rooftops.
As I enter my house through the 15ft door, my foot steps echo against the floor tiles. Natalie waits for me waits for me at the center of the grand hall.
"Welcome home Adrien." She emotionless.
"Is my father home?" I ask happier than I should.
She shakes her head no. "He's in Spain for a meeting. Your next photoshoot isn't until next week."
My smile disappears from my face. "Thank you. I'll be heading to my room now."
I dart up the the giant staircase behind her.
"But what about dinner?" I calls out me me.
I don't answer. Once I'm in my room Plagg flies out of my jacket, and is off to fond some cheese. I change into a pair of sweat pants and a t-shirt. When Plagg returns I'm laying on my bed, starring at the ceiling.
"So." Plagg says with a mouth full. "How does it feel dating Ladybug?"
"She's Marinette too, Plagg." I scold him. "And Awesome."
He lands in the pillow next to my head, his belly filled with Camembert. I climb under the blankets, and wait for sleep to come.
Today was a absolute purr-fect day. (Cat jokes to the end.)
Before sleep comes I whisper to no one. "I can't wait to see her tomorrow."
