Asami's head snapped up from the paper. Sbe turned her head to see her daughter looking at her, smiling.
"Yeah??", Asami whispered, smiling.
Asami caught Bolin's eye. The green eyed lad looked at her, motioning his head. Asami turned her head. Oh.
They were at the show. Oops.
"One of Mommy's songs is about to come", Mai whispered excitedly. "I love it when Mommy sings".
Asami gave a silent ohhh. She put down her pencil, paying attention. She looked at Korra as the show went on. The other woman looked like she was having so much fun. Korra skated around as she spoke with the guy.
They looked so casual, as if they weren't in front of hundreds of people. Korra was wearing a dress, it was short and flowy. The back was long, showing her tan legs. The sleeves her long and tight around her slim arms. Korra's hair was styled so braids held back her long brown hair. She also had a dark blue ribbon in her hair. She looked really pretty.
The two adults "walked" along what seemed to be a park. There were people around, talking and kids running and playing.
Korra and Iroh talked about the woman he's dating. Korra was so excited for him.
(Like I said, if you've watched the movie, you'll understand what I'm talking about)
Korra asked him if he loved the woman named Vanessa and yadyada.
Asami was beginning to lose interest, until.....
"How does she knooooow. You love heeer".
Asami looked at Korra. She was singing again. Out of the corner of her eye, Korra saw Mai bouncing in her seat, a smile on her little face. Asami looked at her daughter. She guessed that Mai loved this song. She looked back at Korra. The two were facing eachother.
"How does she know she's yoooouurs??".
"Okay", Iroh said, taking her arm, pulling her along the path.
"Let's just walk, okay??", he said. "No singing, just walking".
The two walked down the "path".
"Well, does she??", Korra asked.
"Yeah", Iroh said, a bit annoyed.
They passed a small group of musicians. Suddenly a guy with a hand held drum sang, "how does she know that chu love her??".
Iroh and Korra stopped. Korra had a smile on her face as she pointed at the man.
"Oh!!", she exclaimed excitedly.
"He knows this song too??", Iroh asked.
Korra walked up to the man, hands clasped.
"How do you show her you love her??", she sang.
The man hit his bongos, smiling. He continued to sing.
"How does she knows cha you really-".
"Trully", Korra added.
"Love her".
The band started to play. Korra and the leader of the group danced. Iroh looked around as the people stared at them. He looked back at the two as they danced and sung.
"How does she know that you love??. How do you show her you love her??".
"Okay", Iroh said, taking Korra by the arm, pulling her along, the men following continuing to play music.
