"What?!!".
Korra's eyes widened. Asami nodded.
"Yeah".
Asami held up her phone. Korra took it and looked at the screen.
Asami Sato and her mystery girl
Underneath the title was a picture of the two from their date. Korra was in Asami's arms, both girls laughing.
Korra looked up at Asami with panic in her eyes.
"What the heck??!!".
Asami took her phone back and locked it, putting in her back pocket.
"Yup. The press found out".
Korra played with her shirt, fiddling and twisting it. Asami noticed her fiddling.
"Korra", she said. "It's gonna be okay".
Asami reached out and took her hands. Korra looked up at her.
"I've heard a lot of bad things about the press", Korra said. "Some reporters change stories and make something good look bad".
Korra bit her lip.
"What if they do the same for us??".
Asami laughed. "They won't. I'm sure of it".
Korra began to pace, biting her nail. Asami watched her. Korra
wrapped an arm around her stomach.
"What if they do??. What if they spread lies?? It could ruin your perfect reputation. Your image could tarnished and then other big companies hear about this".
Korra was starting to panic. She moaned in distress, gripping her hair, eyes wide. She continued to pace.
"Lo que si comienzan a no tomar en serio? Lo que si empiezan a pensar Futuro Industries como una broma o no vale la pena su tiempo y dinero?? . Esto podría arruinar su negocio-".
"Woah Woah woah!!".
Asami butt in, with a giggle. She stopped Korra, placing her hands on her shoulders. Suddenly she raised an eyebrow.
"Are you speaking spanish??".
Korra stared at her for a moment. She smiled weakly.
"Did I forget to mention I'm bilingual?".
Asami smiled and nodded.
"Korra", she said. "Calm down. Take a nice deep breath".
Korra stood still. She breathed in through her nose and then released. Asami guided her through the breathing exercise a few times. Korra calmed down and relaxed.
"Okay", Korra said. "I'm good".
She giggled. "Sorry", she said, scratching her head. "When I'm stressed, I tend to revert to my native language. Some Natives spoke Spanish so I learned Spanish on my own since I didn't have my parents to reach me".
"It's fine, Korra", Asami said.
Asami took her hand.
"Listen", she said. "It's going to be alright. No matter what the press says or does, my reputation will stay clean".
Korra raised an eyebrow.
"You understood me??".
Asami laughed. "I picked up Spanish from going with my dad to meetings. I have to be bilingual to be travel the world to make deals with other companies".
