Korra giggled.

"Calm down, Bo. You're gonna laugh yourself to death."

Korra, Opal, Asami, and Mako watched in amusement as Bolin nearly doubled over in laughter. The young man had tears in his eyes, her arms around his stomach. Korra had told a joke and Bolin had taken it to the extreme and was possibly literally dying of laughter. Asami and Korra made eye contact.

Korra crossed her arms, grinning.

"Wow, Asami. This is your first time hanging out with us and you already get to witness our psychotic side."

Asami rolled her eyes, smiling.

"It's not that bad. This probably isn't as bad as you guys usually get."

"You have no idea." Korra snorted.

The blue eyes woman walked up to Bolin.

"Alright, Sir Laughsalot. Joke's over. Shut up."

Bolin forced himself to breathe. He stood up, holding on to Korra for support. Bolin wiped a tear away.

"Man. You're a card." He said.

While Bolin was catching his breath, Korra looked around the somewhat busy restaurant. People had finally stopped staring and went on with their meals. Korra shrunk back when she saw some people make eye contact with her. She looked back at her plate. She picked up her fork and stuffed another piece of lettuce into her mouth.

"So, Korra." Mako said, getting her attention. "How's it been?? Feeling ok lately??."

Asami looked at Korra. Korra meekly nodded her head, not looking up from her plate.

"Yeah. I've been good. Naga's great, I assume."

Mako folded his arms on the table.

"How are things at home? You said that your house might be- OW!!."

Asami, Bolin, and Opal looked at Mako, who had jumped.

"What happened??." Asami asked. "Are you alright??."

Mako nodded, although his face was scrunched up in pain.

"Yeah. Im fine."

Asami looked at Korra, who hadn't given a reaction to ....whatever just happened. The young woman simply continued eating her food. Asami looked down at the small plate of food.

"Korra. Is that all you're gonna eat?? Only a salad??"

Korra smiled at her and nodded, although, avoiding eye contact.

"I have a small appetite today. I'm not very hungry. I'm good."

Asami raised an eyebrow.

"You sure??"

"Yeah."

Asami took that as a final answer. She looked around the table. It got awkwardly quiet. Korra suddenly pushed her chair back and stood up.
