(Andy's P.O.V.)

I didn't know how to tell her that I wanted to break up. I smoked three cigarettes on my way here. Here she sat in my face, smiling. I tried to smile back, but couldn't, my face felt too heavy.

"So, what's up?" she says.

"I needed to talk to you," I nod dumbly.

"Uh-huh, you said that," she smirks, patting my hand like I'm slow, it angers me.

"You could have told me you weren't over Mikey."

"What?"

"Mikey told me what you said, had to shake it out of him," I say, lying about how I got the info.

"Andy, look-" she sighs like I'm a child.

"No, if you wanted Mikey you should have gone for it, you went and played me and told my best friend all that bullshit."

"I like you too, Andy. Mikey, he's old news."

"Apparently not," I roll my eyes.

"Fine then! Mikey is nice, and really cute, and tall, and he was like my first! I developed strong feelings for him back in 9th grade, and I dunno'...you seemed really cool, you are but-" she shrugs.

"I'm not Mikey," I gulp.

Figures. Mikey is great, I should know.

"Well now that that's off your chest, let's try to be friends again," I nod, standing.

We were in Central Park, we could both go our own ways.

"Not this again," she laughs, throwing her hands up in the air.

"Don't act like it's all my fault, but I'm still sorry," I sigh, digging the toe of my sneaker into the ground.

"Aren't they all," she rolls her eyes.

I watch her stand up, putting her purse on her shoulder. Linda was really nice, even with all the Prada, Gucci, and Versace hanging off her. The girl still wore Hollister and shit at least. She just can't choose one boy.

"See you at school," I nod.

"Yeah, I'm sorry, Andy."

"No problem," I smile and walk off.

As I walk back to Mikey's house, I pick up ice cream and I eat it all as I walk, my fingers freezing. I had no idea where to go from here with him. I already told him I wasn't breaking up with Linda for him, well for what we did, but we were also breaking up because of him. I couldn't say I minded.

"Hey!" I turn around just in time for Nick to knock into me.

"Wha' the fuck?" ends up coming out of my ice cream filled mouth.

"Ew, throw that shit out, basketball isn't over," he cringes, taking the carton and tosses it into the garbage

"Aye!" I exclaim, swallowing.

"We were just in the neighbourhood," Mikey jokes, pink lips spreading into a smile.

"And decided to come see you," Eli finishes.

"You guys are one block from Mikey's house," I laugh.

"Jerk," Mikey scoffs.

"Bitch," I shoot back.

We walk the one block and head up into Mikey's house.

"How'd it go?" Nick yells, head in the fridge.
