things to delete:
-pro Ana accounts
-unfollow pro Ana accs
-thinspiration pictures
-triggering photos
-scale: throw that thing out or cover the top. Getting rid is best so you won't tempt yourself. Smash it with a hammer
-negative people: it's hard to kick people out of your life, but if they're seriously toxic, get out of that.
-triggering environments: weather it be a health class, gym membership, or anything that focuses on the relationship between food/exercise and weight, get out.
-calorie counting: calories aren't evil, but counting is. stressful, damaging, and does more to turn your brain to mush rather than lose weight
-diet products: throw them out, without a second thought
-Abercrombie, hollister etc: avoid stores where the size on the tag is bigger than the size. These places will affect your body image. It's not that you're too fat, it's that the clothes are screwed up. At these stores and sadly a lot of stores, a size "4" is really a 2, 0, or even 00.
-magazines: a size 6 isn't fat, but is fat even a bad word? Throw these out asap. If there's an article you need to read try google news, so you can avoid the negative things
-stigma: this illness isn't you- it's something you're going through and it's nothing to hide. You're certainly entitled to privacy, but don't hide it

things to add:
-positivity: write positive affirmations and tape them to the mirror
-a professional recovery team: mine consisted of a physician, psychiatrist, counsellor, nutritionist, and psychotherapist in the hospital, and a physician, therapist, and psychiatrist out of the hospital. i recommend a nutritionist though
-non professional recovery team: this is vital as well. Parents/guardians, siblings, TRUSTWORTHY friends, internet friends, and anyone else you think should be involved
-safe and fear foods: still eat your foods that you're safe with but if there are no fear foods, you won't really recover
