Emotional/ Mental:
-intense fear of weight gain
-dissatisfaction with weight
-desire to lose weight
-body dysmorphia
-need to control
-irritability
-sadness
-anger
-mood swings

Physical:
-may be underweight, not always though (erase the skinny stereotype please)
-cold body temperature
-lanugo (growth of fine hair on arms and legs)
-head hair breaking or falling out
-weakness
-dizziness
-weight loss
-muscle loss
-heart palpations
-skin discoloration
-easily bruises
-ketosis (stomach eats itself, this is very serious)
-heart failure (again, serious)

Behavioral:
-extreme caloric restriction
-excessive exercise
-expresses weight dissatisfaction or desire to lose weight
-may self harm
-looks into diets or weight loss
-measures of weighs self
-may use drugs or cigarettes
-isolates self
-distressed over small things
