A Rebel and A Athlete (Part 2)-
Marshall was sitting lazily on his bed, his hair ruffled and his guitar at hand. He was getting bored and decided to play his guitar, but to no avail was he getting excited.
He took a deep sigh and shifted his gaze out the window, watching the blue sky. It reminded him of Fionna's eyes, the way they shined with life as he teased her.
Badoom. Badoom.
That strange noise returned and his chest was warm almost thumping. Ugh! He really hated this feeling in his chest, every time he thought about Fionna it would start. This is why he avoided her, and also because she was now stable with that Gumball.
"Stupid," he mumbled as he glanced away from the ocean sky.
He played with the strings and hummed a song he had heard Fionna sing back when he took her to a party. After the party she had gotten angry because he had disrespected Cake and ended up leaving. But not before he followed and tried to apologize, instead he teased her and ended making the situation worse.
On the end of the night they made up but Fionna still held a small grudge for scaring her. Thinking about that suddenly made Marshall sit up and gasp. His eyes widened when he finally realised that Fionna had put him under a spell.
Was this her way of revenge?
That was the only thing he could think of, what other reason would have him thinking so much about that blonde brat?
"Marshall Lee!" A yell came from downstairs, he blinked in confusion and listened carefully as the loud footsteps came closer. "I know you are here, you jerk!"
He rolled his eyes, no waste guessing who the intruder was. The door opened fiercely and hit the dark wall with a boom. There standing outside his room was a seething, blonde with fierce burning eyes. Her hands were formed into fist at each of her sides, her chest heaving.
"What are you doing here?" He questioned his eyebrows furrowing together as he continued playing his guitar.
"Marshall Lee! You bastard, what is wrong with you? Completely ignoring me and acting all rude and mean!" Fionna stomped forward, and grasped the guitar from his hand.
"What's your problem? Cant you just leave me alone?" He said irritated as she got close to him. He reached out to take the end of his guitar and pulled it.
"No I can't leave you alone, because I care about you," she said as she struggled to pull the guitar to her side.
"I don't want you to care, so leave me alone," he frowned deeply and pulled harder, for a girl Fionna was strong.
"No can do, you are my friend and there is no way I will leave you while you're acting like a child," she bit her bottom lip and pulled once again.
"A child?" Marshall said in disgust, how could she compare him to a child. With one more pull and Marshall finally got his guitar along with the fiery blonde. His guitar fell to the side completely forgotten as he locked gazes with Fionna, who was currently on top of him.
He must of used too much force causing him to drag Fionna on top of him, because that would explain the situation right now. Her body pressed against his own, her hair falling over his arm and her legs pressing his own. Her face just an inch away from his own, their breaths hitting each other as they stared blankly at the other, both frozen in place.
Marshall felt that feeling increase in his chest and his face burning as he accidentally glanced at her cleavage. Knowing that her chest was against his, and that she felt so soft and smelled like lavender and cherry blossoms made him melt.
