Alan's POV
"Hey Daddy." I said running into the bedroom where Austin was getting ready for work.
Austin smiled and pulled me to him, "Hey Princess."
"When do you leave?"
"In like an hour, why?"
"You think we have time to have some fun?" I asked seductively.
He hummed, "Not today."
"Why not?"
"I'm not really in the mood."
I sighed,"Really? Come on, it's been forever."
"Sorry Al, but not today. Besides, the kids are up what if one of them walks in on us again?"
"We can always lock the door."
He shook his head, "I said no Alan."
"Why?"
"Because I said!" He exclaimed, "Does there need to be any other reason?"
"Okay sorry." I muttered letting go of him.
"It's fine," he muttered.
"I'll just leave you to get ready for work."
"Alright, check on the kids will you?"
I didn't answer him as I left the room. I went downstairs where all of them were but Finn was passed out on the couch asleep as Charlie and Josh watched some random movie.
"What are you two watching?" I asked, sitting next to them.
"Cinderella." Josh said looking over at me before crawling over onto my lap.
"Oh my favorite," I hummed, wrapping my arms around him. "Did you know, that your Uncle Kellin drew your mom and I as Cinderella and Prince Charming once?"
"Really?"
"Mhm, I'll have to dig it out one day and show you."
"I wanna see it."
"I'll show it to you later when Mom is at work."
He nodded, "Alright."
I kissed the side of his head and watched the movie with him and Charlie. Soon enough the two were both passed out on the couch.
"Hey Princess, I'm about to go, I'll see you later," Austin said walking into the room.
"Bye. See ya."
"Love you," he said and leaned down, kissing my cheek.
"Mhm, bye."
Austin didn't say anything to me as he quickly left the house. I sighed and moved around so I could stand up. I could get some work done while the kids slept for a bit and before Austin got home. Maybe some housework too.
I went up to the small office I had and sat down at my computer getting straight to work. I don't know how long I was working when I heard the little footsteps come running into the room.
"Mama!" Finn shouted coming in the room. I turned around in my chair and saw him trip over his own feet onto the floor.
"Oh baby!" I gasped and got up, running over to him and picked him up. "Are you okay Sweetie?"
He shook his head, "It hurts!" He said before he burst into tears.
"It's okay Finn, Mama's got you," I said hugging him to me. "Where does it hurt?"
