Doctor Whooves?

Chapter Eleven

I came out of the bedroom feeling drowsy, and saw all the ponies gathered around Trinity, tied up in the chair. "Well shit", I said. "Guess I missed a lot". The Doctor looked at me. "Sparkle, what are you doing!? You're supposed to be sleeping". "Well sorry mom". I said, "but I think I'm fine. So what are we doing"? "Not terribly quick, is she"? Said Sherlock. "We must give her this potion to make her good again". Said Castiel. "Yeah". Said Dean, "and if she doesn't do it, we're gonna have to make her". "Torture"? Said Trinity. "Please". "How about you make it easy for all of us and just drink it"? Said Sam. John picked up the bottle and forced it into her mouth. Then, she spit it in their face. Trinity laughed. Dean proceeded to pick up a knife and head towards her. "Really"? Said Trinity. She looked at The Doctor. "Doctor... you do remember me, don't you"? "You're a.... Time Lord"? "It's just her psychic abilities". I said. "Oh, I'm only partly psychic". She said. "How do I know about the time war then, hmm? How DALEKS invaded Gallifrey, and you're one of the last Time Lords ever? And when you were a kid, looking into that time vortex"... "No" said The Doctor walking towards her, getting pissed. I pulled him back. "Don't you REMEMBER me"? Said Trinity. "Princess of LIFE and DEATH"?? The Doctor backed up, looking freaked out. He looked at her. "You're a Time Lord". "Hmm. About time you caught up". The Doctor's eyes widened, as if he remembered everything. "After I slipped up back there, there was no undoing my mistakes. So I moved onto another dimension. Made my own history right here". "You didn't used to be like this". Said The Doctor. "What HAPPENED to you"???? Trinity smiled. "I changed". She snapped free of the rope and jumped off the seat. Her powers were still a little weakened. She tried to knock over the good potion, but I grabbed it just in time. She tried her powers but it would work. She leaped toward me and I threw it across the room, and thankfully The Doctor caught it just in time. She was beating me up, and I was also beating her up. Very quickly, The Doctor turned her around while every pony else held her down, and he poured the whole rest of the potion in her mouth. She kept struggling for a few seconds, then stopped. She closed her eyes, and opened them again. "What...?where am I"? "You're in ponyville". I said. "Remember"? She looked at The Doctor. "Doctor"? She got up. "Trinity"? He said. "I..... I......" there was a long pause. "ok". Said Sherlock. "Trinity. We need to know something. Who was the one who gave you the bad potion"? "What the hell are you talking about"? She said. "No one... wait, why was I so bad"? The Doctor went to her and put his hooves to her head, as if looking in her mind. "Hey what are you"?!... The Doctor released his hooves from her head. "So it is". He said. He turned around. "It was the batpony, Blaze. But not only him. Almost the whole gang of batponies did it". We all gasped. "So the batponies are the evil ones". I said. Assholes. Suddenly, Trinity's eyes widened, as if she remembered everything. "Holy shit". She said. "I remember everything".

Flashback

Trinity's story
I was treading through detrott, the black cloak around my head, covering up my face. Ever since I've moved to the pony dimension, I have still been the same isolated girl. In Gallifrey I was an honored Time Lord, I was important. But I jacked up. I came here to fix my ways. But I didn't know how to start. I saw a patch of woods and started to walk in it, very very deep. Suddenly, I saw someone. A batpony, with a cloud as a cutie mark and yellow eyes. "There are others like me". He said, "and you. There is a whole crowd of us, and we need a leader. Maybe Someone like you". At first I didn't trust him. Then he said, "this is your chance to right your mistakes". I hissed. "How the hell do you know that!?" The batpony smiled. "I could sense it. And I was right again. We need each other. Please. Come lead us". Being a former leader, I still had no choice. So I followed him in his creepy castle. He started putting things in my head like, taking over the world, and it sounded like a good idea. But it didn't seem like the ideas came directly from him. It was just me, leading, and it felt good. I didn't know how I changed so much. But here I am.

End of story

There was a long pause. "So what now? We can't just go up against thousands and thousands of BATPONIES". I said. Trinity looked at me. "But maybe we can. It would be entirely possible. Look at the group we have now". I looked around. We did have some pretty badass ponies on our team. We had the freakin mane six. "And I have a great plan". Said Trinity. "We just have to work together". She paused and looked at all of us. "This means war".
