Early post. You are so welcome. Should I put a warning? Does this trigger anything?  You'll see what I mean. Hope you like it.

"What are you doing here?" I ask.

"All college students come to The Hill when we are on break. What are you doing here?" He asks dubiously.

"I'm here with some friends," I point at Hayden.

"You're friends with Hayden," he laughs.

"Of course not! She's my girl," he boasts.

"If you claim my sister as yours one more time! I swear-"

"I'm nobody's, I'm here with just friends," I cut my brother off.

"Who are you," David glares at Dimitri.

"David this is Dimitri, Damien's older brother," I introduced them.

He glares at him for another second then slowly a smile forms in his lips.

"Tell your brother to hurry up and finally ask her out," he smirks.

"We told him already but he doesn't listen," Dimitri shrugs.

I roll my eyes at them as they carry out in their own conversation. Just a second ago David was ready to go off on Dimitri and now they are talking like old buds.

"You see Devoni! It's because of you this guy hasn't asked you out yet! You make him insecure!" David exclaims.

"Shut up already," I blush profusely.

"They like each other and they're too scared to admit it," Dimitri shakes his head.

"Could you guys not," I glare them.

"I mean-" David starts to say but I cut him off.

"Shut up!" I raise my voice and rub my temples.

"You are just like Holly," Hayden chuckles.

"Where's Holly?" David perks up.

"She stormed off after I tried setting her up with Dimitri," Hayden waves dismissively.

"Dude!" David glares at him before walking away, probably to look for her.

"Why is everyone acting so weird today, is it 'Hate Hayden' day," he says before walking away.

"So I thought you would be the kind of girl that is straightforward," Dimitri says.

"Then you thought wrong. Hasn't anyone ever told you that the female species is complicated," I snort.

"Well considering I live with three, yes I do know that," he chuckles.

"At least you leave for college, Damien's the one who actually lives with them," I laugh.

"Hey! I had my share now he's on his own," he jokingly puts his hands up.

"So, when do you plan on telling him?" He asks.

I panic.

'Does he know? How!?'

"What do you mean?" I ask cautiously.

"When are you going to be the man in this and finally tell him you like him?" He rolls his eyes as if it were obvious what he was talking about.

"Oh... Um... I don't know. I'd rather just let things run its course," I shrug but mentally sigh in relief.

"Come on, you guys are obviously in the like for each other but you're too scared to admit it because you don't want to get rejected, he crosses arms as if challenging me to say otherwise.
