Y/N's POV:
Ponyboy and I have been dating for 3 years now! He is the best boyfriend I have ever had. Today is our 3 year anniversary! I really hope he has something special planned.
I woke up around 8am and got ready. I put on a dark green shirt and a black sweater over it. I put on light blue jeans and black converse. I headed over to the Curtis house.
I knocked on the door and Pony opened it. "Oh hey princess." He said. He was still in his pj's. I smiled. "You know what today is?" I asked. "Uh, Sunday?" He said. I got a little worried he forgot our anniversary. "Yes and..." He looked confused. And, I don't know what else." My heart sank. "You know what, never mind. I'll get going. See ya later." He tried to kiss my cheek but I walked away. "See ya Pony." He waved and I left.
Ponyboy's POV:
She thinks I forgot our anniversary, but I haven't. I have been planning this since 2 weeks ago. Here's the plan:
Step 1: Make her upset. Check✔
Step 2: Go to her house and bring her some flowers (once I get changed)
Step 3: Take her to the place where I was planning to take her
Step 4: tell her how much I love her
Step 5: give her a big kiss
Step 6: take her home
Hopefully this plan will work out.
So I went inside and changed into a blue shirt and black pants with black converse. Then I went outside and got some red roses and walked over to Y/N's house.
Y/N's POV:
I can't believe Pony forgot our anniversary! I was on the couch crying a little. I heard a knock on the door.
I wiped away my tears and opened it. "Oh hey Pony." I said in a whisper. He smiled and lifted my chin to look at him. "Hey princess." I noticed he had something in his hands. I turned and walked away and sat back down on the couch.
He sat next to me. "I got you these." I looked at the roses and smiled. "Thanks babe." He smiled and kissed my cheek. "I want to take you somewhere. Come on." I smiled. "Let me go change." He smiled. "Actually what you're wearing is beautiful." I blushed. "Really? Well let's go." He smiled and we walked out.
I felt like we were walking for ages. We finally made it to a beautiful place.
As we walked closer, it looked like paradise! It was a little beach with everything set up. There was a beach blanket and a beautiful picnic set up next to it. I couldn't stop smiling. "Ponyboy! You did this for me?!" He looked at me. "Happy anniversary princess!" I teared up. "I thought you forgot our anniversary." He chuckled. "I didn't forget anything." I smiled and hugged him.
"Thank you Ponyboy. But I didn't bring a beach dress. Or a swimsuit." He smiled. "I've got that covered." He walked over to the basket and pulled out a beach dress. "Pony! That's the dress I saw at the mall. You got it for me!"
He signaled me to come sit next to him. So I went. "I knew how much you wanted it so I got it for you." I smiled. "Thank you!" I leaned in to kiss him but he pulled away. He smiled.
"Go change in that pretty beach dress. I'll wait here." I smiled and went behind a tree to change. I came back and his eyes were wide opened. "Woah." He said smiling. I blushed. I sat next to him. We started our little picnic and took a little walk on the beach.
Then after, we played in the ocean for about 10 minutes and went back to the blanket. Just in time for the sunset. He put his arm around me and I put my head on his shoulder.
The sunset was beginning.
Ponyboy's POV:
It was time for step 4. I pulled my arm away from her and stared in her eyes. "Y/N, I love you. You're the best girlfriend a guy could have. I am so lucky to have you. You're so beautiful. There are no words to explain how much I love you. Your eyes are too beautiful, Your smile gives me life, your hair is smooth as silk, and your personality is the most I love about you. I don't care what you look like, I will always love you no matter what. You're perfect. I love you to the moon and back. You're the sun to my set, you're the star to my moon, you're the rocket to my ship and you're the world to my galaxy. You're my everything. You mean so much to me. No matter what, just know I love you."
She looked liked she was tearing up.
"Awe Pony. Thank you so much. I love you more! You're the best. I just.... don't know what to say! I'm speechless." She was tearing up. "You don't need to say anything princess." Then I leaned in closer and kissed her slowly and passionately. I wrapped my arms around her waist and she wrapped her arms around my neck.
Y/N's POV:
Pony kissed me passionately. His lips were soft and smooth. I love him too much. He pulled away. "I love you princess." He said. "I love you too babe." I smiled. "Happy anniversary Y/N." I smiled and stood up. "This was the best anniversary ever." He hugged me tight. "Too bad this has to come to an end." I frowned. "Awe, this was the best date ever." He smiled. "Its okay baby. We have tomorrow too! Come on, let's pack up." We both smiled and started to pack up. He took me home.
We walked on the my porch. "Thank you so much Pony. I had so much fun. I love you for that." He smiled. "I had fun too." I kissed his lips quickly and hugged him. "See ya tomorrow baby." I said. "Goodnight princess, sleep tight." He smiled and walked away. I walked in smiling. He is the best. I couldn't ask for anyone better. I went to sleep smiling. Best day of my life.
