Y/N's POV:
Howdy! I'm Y/N. I'm a 16 year old country girl. I have Y/H/C hair and Y/E/C eyes.

I sell horses and I live on a farm.

Horses are my life. My favorite one is Bullseye. Man, she's a beaut. I love her so much.

One day, I was at the stables feeding the farm animals when I heard a knock on the door.
"Hello?" He said. I walked over and opened the door.
"Well hello there! Can I help you?" I said politely.
"Yes. I was wondering if I could buy a horse here?"
"Of course you can. Come over and see which one would you like." He looked at me.
"Alright." He said. Man, he was darn right handsome. He walked around looking at horses.
"Who's this cutie?" He said pointing to a beautiful looking horse in the corner.
"That's Mickey Mouse. He is only $50.00." I said smiling at his gorgeous eyes.
"I'll take Mickey!" He said. I chuckled.
"Great. Let me take him out."
"Thank you." I took him out where the gorgeous guy was standing near the fence.
"Here you go." I said.
"He looks even prettier in the daylight." He said petting the horse.
"He's one of a kind." I told him.
"Thank you so much." He said.
"Ain't no problem at all." I chuckled.
"Hey, if it ain't trouble, would you like to horseback ride with me?" He asked me. I blushed.
"It ain't no trouble at all. I would love to. Let me go get another horse." I quickly ran to the stables and grabbed Bullseye. I came back with him a few minutes later.
"Alright! I'm ready!" I said. He chuckled.
"Let's go!"

We rode out on the field for about 3 hours until the sunset was beginning. We took the horses back to the stables.
"If you don't mind asking, why are you buying a horse?" I asked him.
"For my little 12 year old brother, Sodapop." He said.
"Sodapop, that's an original name."
"Yeah my dad he was an original person." He said. I smiled.
"Hey I never got your name." I said.
"My name is Darrel Curtis but you can call me Darry." He said.
"I'm Y/N." I said smiling.
"Hey I had fun with you today Y/N. Hopefully we can do this more often." He said smiling back.
"Yeah hopefully." I said quietly as we both stared in each other's eyes. He then gave me a kiss on the cheek.
"Thanks for the wonderful time Y/N. And thanks for the horse!" He said getting on it.
"No problem Darry. I had fun too." I said waving.
"I'll be back here tomorrow." He said.
"Huh?" I asked him.
"You know, to hang out... Again."
"Sounds great! Bye Darry." I said smiling.
"Bye cutie." He said. He rode off.

I stood there blushing. Man, he is a good looking guy. Hopefully he does come back tomorrow. Best day ever!

A/N, I know that's not exactly what happened in the book but I just made it in a different way. Also since Sodapop was 12, Darry was 16. 4 years apart.

So I hope you enjoyed that. Thanks loves
