Sherri P.O.V

"Have you ever just fallen out of love like I have with you?

Why hurt? Who needs love? You don't.

Love was always meant to hurt you. People just don't want to admit it.

Love must not been for you huh? "

Kaitlyn stated while walking.

I looked at her. "Who told you that?" I asked.

She shrugged. "My mom. I don't know- I believe it though."

"Why?" I asked again. We were walking down the hallway to the restroom.

"She was just the only thing that I had for a long time and when she would get drunk she just told me some things that I didn't have a choice but to start believing." She stopped and looked down at her feet.

Teri bent down. "Kaitlyn you are worth loving and everyone finds there someone. Everyone finds love. And if your mother didn't tell you she loves you, I'm sorry but know that Sherri and I do."

I smiled. "We do Kaitlyn and Kamar."

Kaitlyn shrugged. "I guess." She walked into the bathroom without saying anything else.

Teri looked up at me and her eyes told it all. She walked the other direction with her phone in tact. "Now love let's not do this today."

She was still searching for Kamar's name in her phone. "Sherri she is broken hearted for Christ's sake! How can you not be upset right now?"

I was beyond shocked at that last sentence. "Excuse me ma'am. I am upset but that doesn't mean we show that in front of Kaitlyn. And if you don't lower your tone."

Teri softened up. "Sorry hun. Your right." She locked her phone and put it in her pocket.

I sighed. She is very stubborn sometimes. I turned to walk back to the bathroom. Teri caught me arm. "Love I'm sorry."

I nodded. "And I heard you."

"But you didn't say you accepted it." She pouted.

I closed my eyes. "I accept your apology."

I opened my eyes and she was cheesing. "Thank you."

I turned back again and walked to the restroom just as Kaitlyn walked out. "I want curls like yours." She stated.

I shrugged. "Pretty easy to get them. I have the products to put in it at the house."

She jumped. "Wait you'll do it for me?"

I smiled and nodded. "I mean why not? I'll do it when we get home."

"Yes."

"Whoa shouldn't we like consult Kamar?" Teri asked ejecting us from our conversation.

I looked at her weirdly. I touched her forehead. "What did you say?"

"I said shouldn't we consult Kamar." She spoke answering me.

"No. Like foreal where is my girlfriend? Who are you and what have you done with her."

Teri glared at me. "Umm you told your girlfriend to lower her tone so..."

I laughed. "Are you really upset about that?"

"Wow ok." Is all Teri said.

"Aww what did you do?" Kaitlyn asked.
