Chapter Four - The Shower

Next morning
Katniss POV

"Good morning housemates" Big Brother's voice comes through the speaker as the shutters to the windows go up. As I start to wake up I notice my head is laying on a hard surface, I go to sit up put I get pulled back by an arm. I turn around and see Peeta lying there, sleeping, oh my god, what?

Countless things go through my head until I remember about the no bed situation and Peeta cuddling up to me in his sleep and me being too tired to move.

I feel him begin to stir beside me and then his eyes begin to open and I'm met by a gorgeous blue colour. His eyes scan the room before landing on me, "Katniss, what?" Peeta asks, confused. Just when I'm about to answer, Big Brothers voice comes through the speaker again, "All housemates must report to the garden to start this weeks shopping task"

Oh great I think to myself. I get up and throw my hair into a messy bun, I have my oversized jumper on and a pair of leggings as my sleepwear and I'm guessing we're not meant to change so I just run outside.

When I get outside I see there's 12 gym bikes, oh how fun. I also see a women who is dressed in clothes that a fitness coach would wear so I'm guessing that's what she is. My question is quickly answered when she says, "Right everyone get on a machine, we're going to do this for 25 minutes!" She says very energetically.

I mean really a shopping task already, we just got here! We all get on the bikes and start cycling, it's those bikes that don't move so we all just sit and have conversations.

I look over to Peeta and see that he has his shirt off and wow, he is fit. I quickly take my eyes off him and focus on cycling.

After another 20 minutes we all get off and I decide to go have a shower. I go into the bathroom only to realise it's one massive shower and the door has no lock so anyone can just walk in at anytime. I decide to go get my bikini just to make sure no one walks in on me, well at least there's no cameras in the shower, this might be my only time to have some piece in the house.

I change into my bikini and get in the shower and let me tell you the hot water feels so nice compared to the coldness of outside. I feel myself begin to relax until I hear the door open. I open my eyes to see who it is but I quickly shut them again, oh my god, it's Peeta and he has nothing on. Like nothing. Not even boxers.

Peeta comes and stands in the shower beside me, I'm still trying to keep my eyes off him, I keep imagining that in- my thoughts are interrupted by Peeta clearing his throat I look up and see him smirking so I quickly finish washing my hair.

I'm about to wash my body when I hear someone scream, oh fucking Glimmer, I mean come on it's just a dick there's no need for that. She keeps screaming and I really have no clue why. I look over and see Peeta's face has turned bright red, oh but he didn't have a issue with me seeing it.

I start to realise the situation I'm in and I start laughing and I mean proper laughing, I look at Glimmers face and it makes me laugh even more, I soon end up on the floor holding my stomach from laughter.

I then feel a arm around my waist and instantly know it's Peeta, he picks me up, "Think that's funny do you?" He says with a hint of laughter in his voice. I still can't stop laughing, just one look at Glimmer and I could burst out laughing.

My laughter is soon brought to a halt when Peeta grabs me and presses me in front of him, to cover himself.

I feel everything and honestly I shouldn't like it but I do. Peeta brings a hand to my check and pushes my hair from my face. His hands start moving down and down and in this moment I forget about everything and everyone. His hands are just down to my bum when we here other people shouting from outside the door.

We both turn around to discover Glimmer gone and it's just us in the shower, I clear my throat and quickly move back. Thank god there wasn't cameras because Gale would not have been happy about that.

I open the door to the shower and see almost everyone in the house is there shouting at Glimmer for screaming. I see Cinna and he quickly pulls me out of the shower and into the little room with the toilet.

"Katniss what the hell was that!" Cinna whispers

"What was what?" I ask, trying to make out like I didn't know what he was talking about but of course I do, I just didn't think anyone saw us.

"You know exactly what! I came in to grab Glimmer and I saw you and Peeta getting very touchy-feely! You have a boyfriend!"

"I know, I know but we were just having a laugh it didn't mean anything" I lie because I'm all honestly I liked how Peeta's body felt against mine but I can't tell anyone that. Cinna's right though, I can't hurt Gale, I just can't. I'll have to tell Peeta to keep his distance.

"Katniss I'm worried about you, all of last night and all of this morning you've been checking out Peeta and that's not like you." Cinna says

"I'm not doing anything wrong!" Is all I say before I go out the door and walk into the bedroom to get changed.
