Chapter Nine - I'm Here

The same night ; continuation of the last chapter
Katniss POV

I sit down on the red chair and by this point I'm ready to fucking explode.

"Katniss, Big Brother is here to listen in anyway Big Brother can"

"You've put everyone against me that you possible could!" I shout at the camera, "I want to go get Gale because he is my main priority, so you need so let me put this house because I'm going"

"Katniss, Big Brother-" but I cut the stupid thing off.

"No! You've bullshitted me! AND another thing top referring to yourself in the third person because it's really fucking annoying!" I say. Why can't they just let me out? I'm sick off this, I came in here to have fun and it's turned into a fucking prison sentence, "You've made me look like a bad person these last 2 days and I'm done now" I say the tears threatening to escape my eyes, "Can you not see I'm trying me best? I'm just trying to be myself and I'm done trying to be nice to people. I'm done now. Let me out please" I say, waiting for the door to open.

I sit here for about 10 minutes and I feel the tears go down my cheeks, "I want to be in the Big Brother house till the end, but you are making me feel like the most hated person!"

"Katniss, Big Brother does not want you to feel that way, however Big Brother does need the Diary Room"

"Of course you do. Of fucking course you do!" I walk out the door and go back into the house to see Peeta sitting on the couch. He turns around to see me crying and his eyes widen, he runs towards me and pulls me into a hug.

I grab onto his shirt and just cry and cry, "Everyone hates me" I say in between breaths.

"This is Big Brother could Johanna please come to the Diary Room"

Peeta pulls away from me and wipes my tears with his thumb, "No one hates you babe, look I'm here for you, please don't cry"

"Johanna come to the Diary Room immediately"

Next thing Johanna storms in the room, "Fucking little bastard! Go lick his arse then!" She screams before she storms past me and Peeta and goes into the Diary Room, I hear her scream immediately but Peeta just takes my hand and starts walking me to the bathroom, where it's more quiet.

*** an hour later - everyone is in bed besides, Katniss and Peeta; Johanna is still in the Diary Room

I stand on the other side of the bathroom and have just finished brushing my teeth when I see Peeta standing there with his arms open, "Run to me!" He says in a funny voice.

I laugh and run up to him, I think he's going to lift me up so I jump up, but he doesn't so I kinda just fall onto the floor but Peeta catches me, then he decides to spin me around.

He has one hand under my knees and his other hand on my back whilst I wrap my arms around his neck as he spins me around the bathroom, us both laughing.

He sets me down and we both go back to the bedroom but everyone else is sleeping so we quietly make our way to our bed.

I've just pulled my dress over my head, so I'm in my underwear, when Peeta wraps an arm around my waist and pulls me onto the bed, making me let out a squeal.

I lay down and so does he, so we're facing each other and I do something I promised myself I wouldn't. I plant a gentle kiss on his lips and whisper goodnight, I then fall into a peaceful sleep with a smile on my face.
