After Peridot calmed down, she sat up and looked over at Lapis, "Er, do you want a tour?" "Of this town?" Peridot nodded, "Oh, okay. Sure... Do you think I could borrow some clothes of yours?" Peridot shrugged, "Sure, go ahead. There in my closet." She pointed over to the closet. Lapis nodded, and went over towards the closet, opening it up. The clothes looked better than she thought, they seemed like simple clothes, ones she wished she had. She picked up well-sewed pants and a woolen sweater. Peridot already exited room. She smiled softly, and quickly got changed. Coming out after 5 minutes. "It takes so long to take off a dress, goodness sake." She mumbled, Peridot chuckled and nodded. "So, how does regular clothes feel?" Lapis twirled around, "Very nice." She hummed. "Good Good, you'll probably wear them a lot." "Definitely..." She sighed, and looked back up at Peridot. "Well, I'm ready now." Peridot nodded, "I am as well, now follow me!~" She hummed, and walked out into the cafe area. Lapis followed her, curious. Peridot opened the doors, the streets filled of people walking, holding baskets and foods. "So, first I'll take you to the Plaza, the center of this village!" Lapis looked around the streets, the buildings looking fairly new around this part.. "This area looks different than before..." "They repaired it last night." Lapis blinked, "How did they do it so fast?" "Magic, did you forget we have it. Well, some people..." Lapis nodded, amazed, "That's amazing though..."
"I guess... It's normal around here." She hummed, continuing to walk. "Also, why are the creatures here not harming me?" "Well, you're human, I'm basically human. We look the same, creatures do know what humans look like, but most are calming and non-aggressive." Lapis nodded, "That makes sense... Since our village arrests all who break the strict rules..." "Wow, strict huh? You don't seem strict." Lapis rubbed the back of her neck, "I'm not strict? Well, sometimes I can. Just a warning..." She shrugged. Peridot nodded, "Take a turn here." Peridot turned into a small street way, Lapis followed. "Why is this street so narrow?" "Hm..." She looked around, "Oh, yeah. The buildings were built so close to each other we have this small road separating them." Lapis nodded, "Makes sense. I guess..." Peridot nodded as they got down through the short long passage way finding their way into the Plaza. The Plaza was filled with creatures, markets, salesman and woman. It was a welcoming place. "Wow... This place is filled..." Peridot nodded, "It's always filled around this time. Early in the morning is always the best time to come."
Lapis wondered around, she was curious and wanted to learn about the way of living in this small village here. Actually the village was fairly large. It was just small to Lapis, since there village by the castle was much bigger and neater. Lapis seemed to have more interested in this village than her own, which if she returns it will be hers. Peridot walked over to Lapis, "Need any coins to get something?" Lapis shook her head, "No, I have some." She smiled, Peridot nodded slowly and walked along with her. Lapis mostly stopped at food markets, seeing the type of foods they had. She also stopped at good luck charms. Which would probably give her good luck since some people in this town did have a source of magic. "Lapis, can we head back now? We've been here for like, one hour..." She groaned. Lapis sighed and nodded, "We're coming back tomorrow." "Fine..."
