"I can't believe you're already tired..." Lapis chuckled to herself, Peridot scoffed, "I have much shorter legs than you, Lazuli!" Lapis nodded and punched her arm playfully. "I was just teasing you. I'm tired as well. My legs are killing me." "I wish I could use magic, but it doesn't work early in the day. Not sure why." She shrugged, Lapis nodded. "I guess you can't ruin the market." Peridot nodded, "I don't use them for evil anyways!" Lapis chuckled, "I know, I trust you." "Good, because you're basically living with me..." Lapis nodded, "Yeah, I guess you'll have to deal with me the whole time I'm there." "Hurray?" Lapis chuckled, "Yes, hurray!"
"So, how good is your magic?" "Hm, I probably have the strongest with tech and weakness..." "What does that mean?" "Well, I can control metal fairly easily, like bending and lifting. I can not lift or bend without my magic. Weakness, I can find the person's weakness and find it in fine detail." Lapis nodded, "Makes sense. I suppose...?" Peridot smiled softly and headed towards the cafe. Lapis followed, entering the cafe. Finding a table, sitting down. Peridot sat across from her, smiling shyly. Lapis smiled happily and she leaned forward slightly. Resting her elbows on the table. Peridot blushed slightly, looking over at her. Lapis chuckled, "Am I making you blush?" Peridot huffed, and crossed her arms, "I can't help that I'm a lesbian excuse you..." Lapis smiled, and nodded. "I'm just teasing you, don't worry." Peridot nodded, smiling softly. Lapis sighed softly, "Hey, I'm a lesbian too. I never told anybody, but you know. I'm a princess? So, yeah..." Peridot nodded, "I guess we could help each other with it?" "What do you mean?" "You know, we could help find each other dates or something." She twirled her finger around in the air. Peridot nodded, "Uh, okay..."
Lapis smiled, she thought about how Peridot would be a good dater. She didn't mean it in them being girlfriends. But someone else dating her. But when Lapis thought of that one thing. She felt slightly jealous. She has only been living with Peridot for a few days and she already felt nice and giddy? Like you would if your crush hold your hand or kissed your cheek. She blushed slightly, and sighed.
"Lapis?" Peridot waved her hand infront of her. Lapis perked up and looked over at her. "Oh, sorry. Daydreaming you know..." Peridot chuckled and nodded. Lapis blushed, she started to realize how adorable she was... Peridot smiled at her, Lapis smiled shyly back.
This was going to be a long day...
