Hayes POV
I can't believe Kayla is going out with Cam of all people! Why in the world did I break up with her? I will get her back if it's the last thing I do!
Kayla POV
"Cam where are we going?"
"Chill. It's a surprise!"
"I hate surprises just tell me please!"
"Nope you can wait 5 minutes." I nod and slide down in the seat. When what feels like an hour has passed Cameron says, "Close your eyes and I will come around and get you out and walk you in." I nod and close my eyes. I feel Cameron's warm arms wrap around me and I am now lifted in the air. "1.2.3. Open!"
"Oh my God Cameron! How in the world did you do this?!?!?"
"Manager help." I nod and walk over to the parked pink camo Chevy Silverado. I have always wanted one and you have to have them custom made. "Cameron this is honestly the nicest thing anyone on Gods great earth has done for me!" I say as I run and jump in Cam's open arms. He pulls me back and I look into his dreamy eyes. Just when I am being pulled from my thoughts I notice we are kissing. I pull away and he looks at me weird. I reassure him I'm ok by kissing him again. "Hey!" I pull away as I feel hands that I recognize very well on my back. "Hayes what do you want?!?!"
"Well I came to see how you reacted to your gift but instead I find one of my closest friends and my 'girlfriend' kissing!"
"Woah hold the phone! If I remember correctly you broke up with me 2 weeks ago!"
"I did but there are always second chances."
"Oh no there isn't! Cameron and I have been going on dates since you dumped me!" He looks shocked.
"Oh really?!?!" Before I can say anything Hayes and Cameron are on the ground fighting.
"HAYES GET OFF HIM!!!"
"Hayes have you gone insane?!?" I can see Cameron struggling to push Hayes off him. When he finally does I notice Cam's nose is bleeding and Hayes has a black eye. "Oh my God! Hayes you are a freakin idiot!"
"I was just trying to get you back."
"I don't want you back after what you just pulled!" I say angrily. Tomorrow is my 16th birthday and it is ruined now. "Cam can we just go?"
"Sure let me grab the key." I nod and walk to Cam's parked car. Finally Cam comes running to the car. "Ok let's go!"
"Cam let me wipe your nose really quick it's bleeding pretty bad!"
"Ok." I wipe his nose and he looks into my eyes. "Kayla you have beautiful eyes."
"Thanks Cam." I say quietly. When we finally get to my house I have calmed down. Yay Haley and Daniel are here!
"I'm home!" I yell as Cam and I walk through the door. No answer. "Hello I'm home!" Still no answer. "Cam do you know where they are?"
"Not a clue." I nod and walk to the main living room. "Surprise!!!" Everyone jumps out and yells. By everyone I mean both Jacks, Haley, Daniel, Matt, Nash, Carter, and Aaron. "Aww thanks guys!" I reply smiling. The rest of the day was spent with friends and family.
