Cameron POV
"Ok Kayla, you ready for your present for me?"
"Yep!" I nod and pull the tiny box out of my pocket. I opened it and began talking. "Ok so this is a promise ring. It means that I promise to love you forever and possibly marry you one day!" She smiles bigger and kisses me.
"Cam I love it!" I smile and we kiss again. "Ok well let's head to the movies!" We nod and jump back in Aaron's car. "What movie do you want to see Kayla?"
"Y'all are gonna laugh and call me stupid but I REALLY want to see Zootopia!" We all agree. I place my arm around her and pull her closer. "Ok so Kayla and Haley would y'all like to go on the next MagCon tour with us?"
"OH MY GOD YES!!!!" Kayla and Haley both screech.
Kayla POV
I just got asked to go on the next MagCon tour! I'm soooo excited! I can't wait to stop in Virginia to see my mom and dad. I haven't seen them in almost 2 years! I moved here when I was 14 and now I'm 16. I wouldn't EVER change my life for anything. I have amazing best friends and a wonderful big brother and a handsome and sweet boyfriend! I love my life here in California.
When we get to the movies I sit next to Haley, Cam, and Daniel. Cam sat on one side and Haley sat on the other. Cam pulled me into his side. I felt so safe like this. I hate previews. "Cam I'm going to go buy some popcorn. Do you want to go?" He nods and stands up. "Haley do you or Daniel want food?" She says no. Cam and I walk out. He grabs my hand and pulls me close.
Zootopia was very good. I had a blast watching Haley and the guys crack up. They would laugh at parts that weren't even funny. They made my birthday 100x better than it would have been if I was with Hayes. I decided to go home with the guys and Haley. "Are you spending the night?" I nod.
"Ok. Is Matt staying?"
"Yea. Him and Nash are going to hangout tomorrow so we are staying the night." Cam nods. Yay we are finally home! I basically live at that house. I'm there 24/7. In fact Matt is talking about us moving in with them. I already have a bedroom there anyways. Me and Haley walk upstairs. I run into Hayes on the way up. "Happy birthday Kayla!"
"Thanks Hayes!" Then he notices the ring on my finger Cam gave me. "Who gave you the ring?"
"Cam. It's a promise ring. It means he promises to love me and possibly marry me someday!" His smile turns into a frown. I begin to walk to Haleys room. "He's BADDD jealous!" I nod.
"I know sometimes it makes me mad. He broke up with me!" Haley nods.
It's time for bed. When I fall into a deep sleep Haley is still talking. I dream about Hayes and I have no idea why!
