Kayla POV
When we get home from the store we run upstairs.
"Ready?" He nods. I do the tests and walk to the bedroom where Taylor is waiting. The first positive shows up and my stomach begins to turn. In the end we had 3 positives and 1 negative. I smile and Taylor does too. We hug then kiss for about 2 minutes.
"I'm so excited! Babe you'll be an amazing mom!"
"Thanks and you'll be a great dad!"
"Wanna go tell everyone?" I nod and we walk downstairs.
"Guys we need to talk to everyone! Meeting in the kitchen please?!?" They all come downstairs. When everyone crowds the table Taylor begins.
"Well... Kayla is, um she's pregnant!"
"That's great!!!" Everyone yells. Everyone tackles us in hugs and some hugging my belly. I giggle as they crowd us.
*first doctor*
We walk in. Matt came with Taylor and I.
"Kayla Caniff."
"We'll have you back in a second." I smile and thank her. They call us and we walk to a cute room. They do an ultrasound and tells me I'm for sure pregnant. A little body pops up and a loud heartbeat fills the room. I smile and look at Taylor and Matt who are crying happy tears.
"That's my baby!" Taylor says happy. I nod and begin crying a little. Taylor leans over and kisses my head.
"It looks like you're about 7 weeks." We nod. "I'll get your paper work and schedule the next appointment and y'all can go." We thank her and walk down the hall with her.
*at home*
We walk in and show everyone the ultrasound pictures. They all smile as they hold the slip of paper in their hands.
"How are y'all going to tell the fans?"
"Taylor and I were talking about holding the ultrasound pictures over my stomach and putting the due date on it and saying something like 'we're pregnant'."
"That's a good idea." I nod. "Do you want me to take the picture with my camera?"
"Yea. You wanna do it today?"
"We can."
"Let us change and we'll go to like a barn or something if y'all want." They nod and we go change. "Tay I wanna have everyone in at least one of the pictures."
"Ok. How about we do one with everyone and have the ultrasound picture in front of us, with a banner that says 'February 2nd, 2017'?"
"That's a good idea! I can do the banner real quick!" I go get a poster board and write. When we arrive at the photo shoot (our old property with the barn) we do a couple pictures then the group shot. Hayes' new girlfriend took them. She's really sweet, her name is Kenya. After the group shot we did individuals with everyone and me together. When it was Matt's turn he bent down and kissed my stomach. He had a pin made the day he found out I was pregnant that said 'Proud uncle!' He was wearing it today. We decided to go eat after the photo shoot.
Taylor POV
The photo shoot went great! We're eating now. I'm so excited to be a daddy!! I have my arm around Kayla. She lays her head on my shoulder and looks up to smile at me. She mouths 'love you' I return the favor.
The rest of the day was spent talking about baby names, the gender, and talking with family.
