The Indian authentic dessert RAS MALAI is now easy to prepare within few minutes..
Ingredients :
Milk powder - 1 cup
Soda powder - 3 pinch
Egg - 1
Milk - 1/2 litre
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Saffron - 1/2 tsp..Method :
Knead milk powder , soda powder , egg broken , with accurate measurement mentioned above . Knead nicely.
Make a dough , prepare extra small balls out of it .
Heat milk , add sugar , let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Now add the balls prepared.. leave it to cook , let it boil & simmer for about 20 minutes..
Once in low flame & again high , repeat the process until it is completely cooked, at last add saffron.. garnish with pistachio flakes ..
Refrigerate if you wish.Note : make sure everything is followed under measurements , if not then procedure will go wrong..
