NOTE- THE RECIPE COULD BE USED BY BOTH VEGETARIANS & NON-VEGETARIANS.
VEGETARIANS CAN USE VEGGIES, PANEER OR MUSHROOM.
NON-VEGETARIANS CAN USE CHICKEN..
YOUR CONVENIENCE.. :)Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken/Paneer- cut into small pieces
Onions chopped- 3
Tomatoes chopped -3
Coriander leaves- 100 grms
Garam Masala - 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste -1 tbsp
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp or 1 whole lemon
Red chilly ground paste - 2 tbsp
Chicken/sabzi Masala -2 tbsp
Salt
Water- 1/2 cup
Cardamom & cinnamon powder-1 talk
Ghee- 3 tbspMethod :
■ Heat thee, in a casserole.
■ add 2 chopped onions, and fry them till it turn brown. Then add 2 chopped tomatoes.
■ add ginger garlic paste. Try for some time.
Add 1/2 cup of water to it.Now grind the above fried ingredients.

■heat the same casserole, add a tbsp of thee to the same.
■add the ground thick mixture. Immediately add ground red chilly paste. Followed by garam Masala chicken Masala, salt, cardamom & cinnamon powder.
■stir for a while and add chicken/Paneer and mix well.
■pour some lime juice and coriander leaves.Serve with chapati or puri.
