Mango Mousse

Ingredients :
Mango pulp- 1 cup
Cottage cheese- 1 cup
Fresh cream- 1 cup
Gelatin/chinagrass- 1 tbsp(optional, if you want to set hard)
Water- 1/4 cup
Condensed milk- 1/2 tin
Mango cubes- 1 cup

Method :
*boil gelatin/chinagrass in 1/4 cup of water and keep it aside.

1. Beat mango pulp, condensed milk, and fresh cream all together for 10 minutes.

2. Take a bowl, mix, boiled gelatin/Chinagrass & blended mixture and beat again till it turns fluffy.

3. Pour into a dessert mould or mousse bowl, refrigerate for 2 hours..
Garnish with mango cubes.
