Ingredients:
Chicken -1 kg( 12 pcs)
Oil or ghee-3/4 cup
Onion- 3 med (sliced)
Tomato- 5 to 6   (sliced)
Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp.
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp.
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp.
Cumin Seeds-1 tsp.
Garam masala- 1 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Green chillies-finely chopped
Green coriander -hand full
Sliced lemon 
Ginger sticks for garnishing.

Method:

1.Take a deep pan.Put oil or ghee in it.
    Then add sliced onion.Stir with a
     spoon for a min. then add ginger garlic
     paste in it.Mix it well.Put sliced
     tomatoes in it.Cover the pan with a lid.
     Make sure the flame is low.
2.Remove the lid after 2 min then add
   Chicken pcs along with salt, red chilli
    & huldi.Mix it with other ingredients &
    again cover it.
3. Check it after 5 to 8 min.You will find
     water in it.Do not add water.Chicken
     will become tender in this water.
4.  Water will dry & you can see oil in it.
     Chicken & curry will fry in this oil.
5.  In the end add garam masala powder
     Cumin Seeds, green chillies,ginger
     sticks, sliced lemon & green coriander.
     Mix it well.
     Cover the pan for 5 min. & remove it
     from fire.
     Dish it out.Garnish it with green
     chillies, ginger sticks & green
     corriander.Serve it hot with Naan or
     roti.
