Ingredients :
Chicken - (Boneless chicken breast)
Butter milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - to tasteMethod
Cut chicken breast into small cubes (Smaller the piece crispier it will be). Marinate the chicken pieces with butter milk and salt and refrigerate about 3 - 4 hrs (or over - night for best result)Ingredients
Bread crumbs - 3/4 cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Coriander pwdr - 1 tsp
Paprika pwdr - 1 to 1 1/2 tsp (according to yuor taste)
Pepper pwdr - 1 tsp
Cumin pwdr - 1/4 tsp
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Garlic pwdr - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to tasteMethod :
Mix all the above ingredients in a zip lock bag or in a plastic bag and shake thoroughly to mix well. (bag size should be such that it has sufficient space to shake the mix)
Put the chicken cubes little by little to this mix and shake well again to get the chicken cubes coated with the bread crumbs (while shaking hold the plastic bag firm. Take the crumbs coated chicken cubes out of the bag & slowly shake out excess crumbs from the chicken using hand.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the chicken pieces in the medium hot oil till golden brown (till done).
