Ingredients :
Plain biscuit - crumbled 1 cup
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Dates seeded - 1 cup
Cream cheese - 1.1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 1 tin
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Gelatin - 2 tbsp,
Water - 4 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbspFor date jelly topping-
Gelatin - 1 tbsp
Boiled Water - 1/3 cup
Date syrup - 1/4 cup
Cold water - 1/3 cupMethod:
1. Combine biscuit crumbs, butter and honey.
Place the mixture over bottom of cake pan.2. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla essence, finely chopped dates untill they are wellcombined.
Add lemon juice and continue stirring then pour the dissolved gelatin over the creamy mixture.3. Pour the cheese mixture evenly over the prepared base and place in fridge for an hour untill its almost firm.
Pour date jelly topping over the top and set in the fridge for 3-4 hours4. Garnish the top with clicks of whipped cream and slices of dates..
Serve chilled !!

Place the gelatin and the boiled water in a mixing bowl amd stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add the date paste and the cold water and stir.Tried & Tested..
