Warped

Lynn's POV

         {Hey everyone I just want to say that I'm in ohio and go check out the photos on my insta if you want.  @freaky_days.    Enjoy}

            I set my head down on the table for a few brief moments to recollect everything. So in the past 24 hours Made out with someone, I nearly died, nearly died again, quit warped tour, and now might end up living with the person I made out with. Damn.

"What do you think Lynn? Living with Madi might not be that bad." I looked up to Alex and glanced towards Madi who had an awkward expression.

"I guess I could as long as it's not trouble." I glanced back over to Madi again.

I got up and went to grab my phone. This was going to be a headache to deal with.

"What are you doing?" Brian asked.

"Calling the manager to say we quit warped for now. It'll be hard to leave stuff out but you guys can come up with that." I dialed our managers number and heard the ringing go for a couple times until he finally answered.

"Hey Lynn what's up?"

"Hey Jerry, the band is quitting Warped Tour for now. I don't know if it's going to just be for a little or for the whole tour."

"What why?!"

"I can't tell you that Jerry. Now talk to Alex and Brian. I gotta go pack." I slipped the phone off of my ear and handed it to Brian quickly. I didn't feel like being on the receiving side of Jerry's yelling. No one did.

I grabbed everything I needed and packed it all into 2 duffel bags and a backpack. I made sure to pack my charger and such. Almost an hour later I was laying on the couch getting ready to sleep. The couch was comfortable and laying still in the quiet not having to move was nice.

          I heard Alex sigh with delight as he finally got off the phone with Jerry.

"He finally agreed after a long argument and such." He placed the phone beside me and let me stay still.

"You okay?" He asked me.

"I guess." Moving my lips after staying still felt weird.

"Will you be okay living with Madi for a bit? Ruby said she'd join you guys."

"I'll be fine. Just doesn't feel right quitting Warped." It was the truth. I've never been much of a quitter and right now didn't feel right.

"Hey Jack Barakat is having is birthday party in a couple days in town. You should take Madi and Ruby with. I heard some girls will be there." He said with a wink. "Both of them would enjoy, Brian and I will be there too."

"Maybe I'll go. If not you can take Madi and Ruby."

"When do you want to go to Madi's with Ruby?"

"What time is it now?"

"10-ish I think."

"11:30."

With that Alex walked out of the bus and to who knows where. The storm finally had stopped so it was sunny weather out. He probably went to tell the other bands we quit for now.

I turned over and waited until 11:30. I decided that would be awhile and felt no need to socialize right now. Closing my eyes and concentrating my breathing I soon felt more relaxed than ever. I fell asleep after that.
