"Monica!" Cedric said rather loudly from your living room "how do you work this muggle thing, I'm really confused"

"Hang on Ced, I'm getting snacks" you replied smiling to yourself "how does popcorn on sound?"

"Popcorn?" Cedric asked, walking into the kitchen, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion. You looked up at him and smiled, holding out the bag of popcorn out showing him. "Yes popcorn, muggles usually eat it when watching a film or television"

Cedric smiled and his eyes brightened "I'm remember you telling me about films" he wrapped his arms around you and asked "are we going to watch one?" Cedric then dove his hand straight into the bag and took a piece of popcorn out eating it. "This popping corn is quite nice"

You laughed "it's popcorn Ced"

Cedric grinned and replied "whatever, same thing" he kissed you sweetly on the cheek and whispered "come on, I want to a a muggle film thing"

"Ok" you both walked out into your living room, which Cedric was now familiar with as he had been staying around yours for a couple days now. You invited him around for the summer before your fourth year, and he happily agreed, wanting to spend more time with you over the holidays. You and Cedric are becoming closer and you loved spending every minute with him.

Pouring the popcorn into a bowl and placing it on the table in front of your couch, you helped Cedric turn the TV on and sat back on the couch cuddled up together. "I quite like this film watching thing" Cedric commented his arm loosely around your shoulders.

"We haven't even started watching a film yet Cedric" you laughed leaning your head on his shoulder. Whilst flicking through the channels a film you haven't watched appeared. "What's this?" Cedric asked.

"Not sure, haven't seen it before" you replied "apparently it's called twilight"

Cedric shrugged and relaxed, mostly hogging the popcorn as you watched the film. During the film you realised one the actors looked a lot like Cedric and started teasing him about it "you know Ced"

"I know what Mon" he grinned

"You know, I never knew you were a sparkling vampire" you grinned when his smile faded away and was replaced with a frown. Cedric shook his head and muttered "I am not a sparkling vampire, I happen to be a very non-sparkly wizard"

"You know I could have sworn I saw you sparkle at the sight of popcorn" you muttered taking another piece and popping it into your mouth. Cedric sneakily took the remote and pressed the off button, the TV flashing off in an instant. "Why'd you do that for?" You asked innocently smiling.

Cedric had a serious look in his eyes when he replied "I do not sparkle, I may have a shining smile, but I don't sparkle"

You laughed again and gazed up at him raising an eyebrow "you do know I was joking don't you, sparkling vampire"

"Right that's it, I don't want to watch anymore of those films!" Cedric contradicted rising from the couch taking the bowl of popcorn with him. "Ced, come on! I'm joking!"

You walked over to him and took the bowl from him the teasing smile never fading from your face. "You know I don't think you are" he said seriously, crossing his arms.

"Oh but I am, Ced do you really think I would date a sparkling vampire?"

Cedric grinned and took the bowl back from you shoving a handful of popcorn into his mouth. "Stop eating all the popcorn!" You exclaimed smacking his arm playfully. Cedric stopped smiling and looked into your eyes, a mischievous glint in his.

It was only a matter of seconds before the bowl of popcorn was completely empty and popcorn a flying into your face. "Cedric!" You shouted chasing him round your living room, Cedric quickly pushed you down onto the couch, both laughing loudly. You turned around to face him smiling, his grey eyes gazing into your E/C ones. Leaning up to kiss him, you could feel his smile when he kissed you sweetly back.

"I love you" he said softly.

"I love you too" you replied and then muttered "sparkly vampire" to which you earned a chuckle and a stupid grin.
