White as a sheet, Anna sweetly answered like a broken record player. "Y.. Yes Mi.. Mi... Mike?" She was frozen in the destiny of time. Only one thing could happen now.
Something CRAZY.
"Um, I don't really know how to ask you this, but, um, would you like to um, well," Mike stuttered. "Yes?! Spit it out!!" Me and Chrissy squealed.
"Well, th.. there's this dance, and, well," Mike said. Oh and was he right about this dance. Not just any dance, The junior high dance. ", and umm, I was wondering if maybe you would want to go to it with me? Not in any weird way, just um, like, well yeah. You know what I mean."
Blushing intensely, Anna looked at me. We exchanged a little, oh my god girl! She looked at Chrissy, who exchanged the same look. She then looked at Mike.
"I w... would love that!" She managed to let escape out of her lungs. He smiled and hugged her, but just within 5 seconds of the hug, Anna lost her smile. She turned a shade greener, and I knew she was about to let loose her breakfast.
"Um, Ms. Reardon, could I take Anna to the bathroom? She may be sick." As soon as I said that, Anna felt it. She grabbed my hand before Ms. Reardon could even answer, and ran out of the class like a hurricane, into the stall, and , well, I think you know what happened then.
She finally came out of the stall, and looked like she had slept for 3 hours. She hugged me and I knew that it was fine. It was obviously not because she was sick. She had an anxiety attack.
All either of us could do now was think about what was to come at the Junior High Dance...
