Chapter 15 - Sudden Realizations

~Anna's POV~

"BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!"

I slammed down my hand on to the nightstand. UGH. Why does morning have to happen every day?

I threw on a loose t-shirt dress, and some converse. My hair was pulled up into an inadequate messy bun, and I put on some jewelry to make it look like I actually spent time to get ready today. I put on some makeup, natural, like always, and took one final look in the mirror before running down the stairs.

'Morning mama. Im so tired." I said

"Good morning sweetie! Oh I know, I'm so sorry you were up so late finishing that essay!"

"Oh its alright, ill get my needed rest in Latin: I said while giggling.

I gave her a kiss on the cheek, and got into my blue Audi. 

I passed the city hall, and felt a buzz under my leg. I got to the stoplight and grabbed my phone. It was a text. From Chris.

-Texting-

C: Anna pull over right now.

A: I can't Ill miss my AP Biology exam.

C: Anna, If you don't pull over right now, YOU WILL CRASH. you will read my next text, and you will crash.

A: Chris your freaking scaring me. Im pulled over. What is it?

C: Well, don't freak out but...

A: Dont freak out why??

C: Dont freak out because well,um, SHE'S BACK.

-Reality-

I threw my phone to the floor.

It couldn't be possible. She has been gone for four years. She can't be back. 

A: Stop playing with my emotions you jerk. Don't mess with me okay. I've never been the same since she left, and I'm on the edge with my emotions.One push like this and I could fall to the side of insanity.

-Texting-

C: Listen to me. Im not F-ing kidding, I saw her. She's awake. She, she looks just like she did before. Chocolate brown hair, an an ocean blue stare. Freckles dripping from her cheek bones down to her toes.

A: I swear Chris, you better be serious. Im coming to school right now, and if she's not there your in deep, desolate waters Chris.
