I could hear the annoying beeping sound of my alarm ringing loudly. I lazily reached out to my phone, opened my right eye halfway, and swiped on the screen to turn it off.

I hate mornings, I thought as I shuffled inside of my white sheets. I couldn't get myself to get off my bed.

I groaned and stood up quickly, trying to get my thoughts back into my mind. My hair was all over the place and I felt as if I were a zombie. I could feel the dirty morning taste in my mouth and I had the urge to brush my teeth.

With a sigh, I walked lazily to my bathroom, while tripping and moving all over the place.

I opened the door and went into my pink-walled bathroom. I looked straight in the mirror and grimaced at my own reflection. My face was so disastrous - I couldn't even explain it.

I put my right hand on the counter top, leaning my weight against the surface. Then, I began to brush my teeth.

Today is not going to be a good day, I thought as I thought about being half asleep in class, I could envision it. Wait a minute, I stopped brushing my teeth. My eye's widened and my jaw dropped in sync, I totally had forgotten about yesterday's events. I wanted to puke.

The video, everyone would be talking about the video.

"shit," I muttered under my breath as I brushed by teeth vigorously. I could imagine Nicole and Daniel taunting me in my head.

Just then my phone beeped, I looked over to my screen, to see who had texted me.

Cole: Do you want to go to school together?

My cheeks began to flush and I smiled happily after I read the text. I spit the toothpaste out and gurgled the water, then I cleaned the area around my mouth with a towel.

Me: Sure, what time are you going to come?

His response came back super quick, making me feel happy.

Cole: In thirty minutes, is that okay with you?

I looked over at the clock, it was 7:20 and school started at 8:15. Yup, I could do everything in twenty minutes. Plus, we would have time to talk to Turner.

I responded with a quick yes and then washed my face with water and soap, then I dried my face and smothered lotion all over. I debated if I should wear makeup or not, but decided that I should. I didn't want to look like a zombie on a day like this. I was going to show everyone that I wasn't someone to mess with.

But alas, I had to do everything quick, since I only had thirty minutes. I quickly got out my foundation, dabbed it on my skin, and blended it out with my beauty blender. Thankfully, today was a good skin day so I didn't need to apply foundation. Next, I lightly put on matte powder with my brush and then decided to contour my face with my highlighter and bronzer.

"Beauty is pain", I grumbled as I applied the bronzer to where it should be. Makeup was a pain in the ass but I was going to suck it up.

This was my logic. If I go to school, looking like the zombie I usually am, people are going to think I were sad due to the whole event. I mean, although I dress like that usually, people tend to make assumptions still. And that would make me seem weak and I hated being weak. But, if I looked fabulous, then both the school and Nicole would be surprised.
