The laughter is silenced,
The smiles are gone,
You've left me here broken,
So to the darkness I was drawn.I shut out the light,
But you never did see,
The empty existence,
That had slowly become me.I closed all the doors,
I let no one in,
Till the person you once knew,
Had marks on their skin. You tried to come back,
But I made this my cell,
The darkness became my haven,
Cause you made my life hell.So I blocked out the sounds,
And let you move along,
But I can still hear the music,
Except it's no longer my song.
