There is no such thing as freedom,
Society makes that clear,
As they control everything about your life,
Every Single Year.
First it starts in parenting,
Where they dictate all your views,
Any other opinions,
You are not allowed to choose.
Then it goes to school,
Where they judge any and everything,
But still expect you to be yourself,
While you're hanging by a string.
By the time you're an adult,
Society will make it true,
That everything they want you to be,
Is now apart of you.
