Matapos naming magusap, dumeretso kami sa manor ni Zephyr. Matahimik akong nag-reresearch patungkol sa Aeterna habang umiinom ng kape ng biglang..

"Fck!" Sigaw ni Zephyr sabay hampas sa lamesa.

I looked at him out of annoyance. "The hell? You almost ruined my coffee."

Zephyr rolled his eyes. "Tch. Sisihin mo yung epal na hackers."

Lumapit ako sa kanya at tinignan ang monitor ng computer niya. "The government's web is hacked, huh?"

"Psh. Panira talaga."

I exhaled. "Cmon. They just provided a simple virus. Just remove that and resume your work."

Zephyr laughed. "Yeah. A virus that'll leave my computer frozen." He reached for the plug and remove it, then plugged it again.

"Meh." He shrugged. "Restarting will do."

"Really?"

"Yeah. Don't underestimate my skills bruh. Kahit gaano kalala ang virus, kaya kong i-reverse." He said and winked.

"Yeaaah you and your hard-assed codes."

Bumalik ako sa kinauupuan ko at muling humigop ng kape.

Target namin ang government website para sila ang i-frame pag tinrace ng feiro ang hacker nila.

Feiro is a friend of ours. Pag nalaman nila na may kinalaman kami sa mangyayari, it'll be a war.

"Ahhh nakakatamad. Ibabalik ko nalang yung virus sa may pasimuno. Haha." Zephyr said.

"Good." I said while sipping my coffee.

Government is our target to frame because, simply, their corruption is annoying.

From the road wherein there's a lot of budget yet nothing's changing, to business wherein tax is more expensive than food and water.

It sucks.

And then I heard that the father of the 'epal' girl was a governor. Kaya pala matapang siya. Time for revenge.

Then here we are, trying to hack their awfully coded sites.

Tapos may epal na random hackers ang nauna sa amin na i-hack sila.

"Haha. Found it." Zeph giggled.

"Found what?"

"Anomaly. The name of the hacker's group. Sila yung nanghack sa GovWeb. Amateurs."

I simply nodded. "Ooh. Young bloods."

"Ni-reverse ko na yung code. And I enhanced their virus a bit. After nila ma-infect, makukuha ko yung mga files nila." Zephyr said habang nakatingin parin sa monitor.

I sipped again in my coffee. "Good."

Tumingin sa akin si Zephyr. "Teka. Aren't we informing Christalle and Azure about this?"

I remained silent for a few minutes, then I resumed sipping my coffee. "No. It won't make a difference."

Zeph simply nodded.

We were silent for a few minutes. Nakatutok lang sa screen si Zephyr habang ako ay kasalukuyang nakatingin sa mobile ko at nirereview ang nangyayari sa company.

"By the way.." Pagbasag ni Zephyr sa katahimikan. "What if sa Aeterna ang Anomaly?"

Tinignan ko siya. "Can't be."

"Why?"

"It's a possibility, but the chance is too small. Kung sila yan, kanina ka pa sana busy na makipag agawan sa site. But no response, right?"
