2. Night Of The Comet

Rosealia woke up with a smile on her face, like always. She sat up from her bed and stretched, satisfied when her limbs gave out a 'pop' noise. Rose jumped out of bed and strolled to her lace purple curtains, she tied them back and relished in the warmth that the sun rays provided. With a bounce in her step, she rushed to her private bathroom, which unlike her sister and brother, she didn't have to share with anyone. After brushing her teeth and washing her face, Rose rushed to closet.

"I'm feeling rebellious today..."Rose mumbled as she fished out the perfect outfit, inspired by Han Solo her all time favorite Star-Wars character. Rose got dressed and put her hair up in to a high ponytail, leaving a few rebellious curls to frame her face. She put on an ear cuff on the top cartilage piercing that had a chain connected to another earring,  which was on the first one on the ear lobe, she put on tiny hoops or the second cartilage, a tiny silver ball for the fourth lobe, a dangling bullet earring for the third, and a black jewel for the second lobe piercing. Smiling with satisfaction, Rose made her towards the door.

Salvatore Boarding House

Stefan was laying down on his bed, his hand behind his head, thoughts of the little Gilbert sister ran through his head. He sat up and walked over to his bookshelf of journals, he picked up the one for this year 2009, he opened it and began writing.

This morning is...different. There is change. I can sense it, feel it. I'm awake. For the first time in a long time, I feel completely and undeniably wide awake.For once, I don't regret the day before it begins, I welcome the day...Because I know... I will see her again.For the first time in a long time, I feel good, I feel human. All thanks to her.

Gilbert Residence

As Rose exited from her room, her twin just so happened to be exiting her room as well. Rose smiled and said in a peppy tone," Morning Lena Beana!"Elena looked up to find her little sister, smiling like a goofball.Elena couldn't help it, before she could stop herself, a smile made it's way on to her lips, and Elena rolled her eyes at the use of her childhood nickname. Rose almost never called Elena by her real name, and if she did you know something was wrong.

Elena did a mock bow and said snidely,"Good morning your majesty." Rose giggled and shookher head. Elena was less of a bitch when it was only her and her twin, that shows how much Elena really cares for her twin.

Before the girls could say anything, Jenna strolled up to the girls wearing a beautiful dress. Rose's hopes that Jenna found a man were raising. Jenna looked at the girls in urgency," Do I look adult? As in respectfully parental?"

Elena shrugged and replied nonchalantly," Depends!"

Rose shook her head with a giggle and looked at her aunt with her doe like eyes," Where are you going?" Rose's hopes kept on raising, as Jenna kept fixing her dress.

Jenna huffed," Jeremy's parent-teacher conference. Hair up or down?" Jenna asked as she turned around towards the twins, holding her hair up with expectant eyes.Rose's hopes were shattered.

Rose smiled and wiggled her eyebrows suggestively while striking a pose,"Sexy stewardess." She said in a mock serious voice, making her twin roll her eyes along with Jenna, but they both had smiles on their faces.

Jenna then let her hair down and awaited for responses. Before Rose could comment, Elena snickered," Drunken housewife who just found out her husband is cheating on her with the maid." Rose rolled her eyes, while Jenna's were wide.

Jenna nodded her head," Up it is" She looked at Elena with calculating eyes,".You're feisty today.Should I be worried?"

Elena shrugged with a small smirk on her face," I feel good, which is rare. So I've decided to go with it. and follow in Rose's footsteps.Fly free, walk on the sunshine, and all that good stuff rose does." Elena paused for a second and then shouted," I'M TAKING ALL OF JEREMY'S WEED!!" She expected Jeremy to come flying out of his room, but he never did." Where is Jeremy?" The twin asked in unison.
