My Little Frozen

Chapter 1

On a cold late evening in the land of Equestria, a group of unicorns had already arrived and began to saw the frozen lake to make some blocks of ice with their magic before nightfall. All of the unicorns continued working in making the blocks of ice including a little unicorn with a vivid crimson mane with brilliant yellow streaks on it, moderate cyan eyes, and a sun that is colored red, yellow, and orange for his cutie mark named Sunset Glare and with him was a young pup named Winona. Sunset Glare was having some trouble getting a block of ice as Winona licked his face to cheer him up and telling him that he can do it. After sucessfully getting one block with his magic, Sunset Glare placed it on his sled and got on as Winona began to pull the sled to follow the other unicorns. "Come on, Winona!" Sunset Glare said in order to keep up.

Meanwhile, in the castle of the kingdom called Canterlot, ruled by Prince Solaris and Princess Celestia, inside the bedroom was a little unicorn with a moderate sapphire blue mane with a moderate violet, and a brilliant rose streak on it, moderate violet eyes, and a brilliant rose star with five white stars, three of them on one side and two of them on the other side for her cutie mark named Twilight Sparkle who was sleeping in her bed. Twilight Sparkle slept peacefully until another unicorn who was three years younger named Sunset Shimmer who is the female counterpart of Sunset Glare, and didn't have her cutie mark yet peeked over her older sister's bed.

"Twilight! Psst." Sunset Shimmer whispered as she climbed onto her sisters bed, and started bouncing gently. "Twilight! Wake up! Wake Up! Wake Up!" "Sunset, go back to sleep." Twilight Sparkle mumbled as she curled up into her sheets tighter. Sunset Shimmer sighed, laid on her sister with her weight slightly crushing her, and said "I just can't! The sky's awake, so I'm awake, so we have to play!" "Go play by yourself!" Twilight Sparkle said playfully before she shoved her younger sister off. Sunset Shimmer fell off the bed, and landed on the floor. She pouted, because she didn't want to play by herself, she wanted Twilight Sparkle to play with her. She gasped and smiled as she came up with an idea that would get Twilight Sparkle out of bed. Sunset Shimmer then climbed back up to Twilight Sparkle's bed, and whispered into her ear "Do you want to build a snow-dragon?" Twilight Sparkle opened her eyes and smirked playfully at Sunset Shimmer.

The sibilings rushed downstairs. "Come on, come on, come on!" Sunset Shimmer said excited on what they were going to do, as Twilight Sparkle kept shushing her til they reached the throne room that it was the perfect place to play. After Twilight Sparkle closed the door, Sunset Shimmer shouted "Do the magic! Do the magic!" Twilight Sparkle smiled and focused her will power on her horn as Sunset Shimmer watched in amaze. Twilight Sparkle was good with magic, but what was unusual about it was that it was actually ice and snow magic. Twilight Sparkle kept swirling the tiny cold crystals, looked at Sunset Shimmer and said "Ready?" Sunset Shimmer nodded eagerly and Twilight Sparkle let loose her magic right to the ceiling. The snowflakes burst and began to fall very slow and gentle. "This is amazing!" Sunset Shimmer cheered as she ran around, giggled, and looked at her sister. "Watch this." Twilight Sparkle said as she stomped her hooves on the floor, making the floor turn into ice.

Later, the two began to build a snow-dragon together. Sunset Shimmer giggled as Twilight Sparkle finished making the scales, and the spikes, and placed a dog biscuit on the snow-dragon for the nose. She then turned the snow-dragon to face Sunset Shimmer, and pretending the snow-dragon to talk, she said "Hi, I'm Spike! And I like warm hugs!" "I love you, Spike!" Sunset Shimmer said as she leapt off from the throne to hug the snow version of Spike. The sibilings had so much fun ice skating, and sliding down a snowy hill. "Tickle bump!" Sunset Shimmer as she felt a slight bump on the hill. "Hang on!" Twilight Sparkle said as she made some snowy hills for Sunset Shimmer to hop on. "Catch me!" Sunset Shimmer said as Twilight Sparkle made some more snowy hills. "Again!" Sunset Shimmer called out as she kept hopping on each hill. Then Twilight Sparkle noticed Sunset Shimmer going alarmingly fast. "Wait!" she said as she tried to keep up with her younger sister with her magic.

"Slow down!" Twilight Sparkle said trying to make more snowy hills. She then yelped when she slipped on the ice, and fell. She then saw Sunset Shimmer hop off the hill. "Sunset!" Twilight Sparkle cried out as she tried to reach for her. But without warning, the snow blasted from her hoof, and smacked Sunset Shimmer right into the head. She passed out, and flopped onto the soft pile of snow. Afraid, Twilight Sparkle ran to her sister to see if she's okay. "Sunset Shimmer?" Twilight Sparkle called out gently as she held onto her sister gently. She then saw a white strand appear on Sunset Shimmer's mane. "MAMA! PAPA!" Twilight Sparkle shouted in panic as she hugged her sister. Suddenly, the ice she made from her hooves were spreading all over the floor, destroying the snow version of Spike, and covered the whole room.

"You're ok, Sunset!" Twilight Sparkle said as she hugged her sister tightly. "I got you!" Then she heard the doors open, revealing their parents, Prince Solaris and Princess Celestia. "Twilight Sparkle, what have you done?" Prince Solaris asked in a stern tone as he and his wife ran over to their daughters. "This is getting out of hoof!" "It was an accident!" Twilight Sparkle said as she held her sister close. "I'm so sorry, Sunset Shimmer." Princess Celestia picked up Sunset Shimmer, and gasped from how cold their youngest daughter was. "She's ice cold!" Princess Celestia said as she looked at her husband. Prince Solaris looked at Sunset Shimmer, and said "I know where we have to go!" The prince then rushed to the library, and got out a large book and got out a map that would help them go to the land called Chaos Village in order to cure Sunset Shimmer. The family then got into their carriage pulled by two pegasai ponies, and rushed as fast as they could, and Twilight Sparkle, still scared, had been leaving an ice trail.

In the forest, Sunset Glare and Winona continued on until they saw the family ride by. "Ice?" Sunset Glare said when he saw the trail of ice. "Keep up, Winona!" he shouted as they both ran as fast as they could. He then ran behind the rock and called Winona over. The two snuck towards the rock to see what was going on when they arrived at Chaos Village. "Please help! My daughter!" Prince Solaris shouted. Suddenly, a storm erupted, and surrounded the royal family, revealing chaos ponies. "It's the prince!" A chaos earth pony named Photo Finish exclaimed. "Chaos ponies?" Sunset Glare whispered. "Shush. I'm trying to listen." A chaos pegasai pony named Fluttershy whispered from between them until Winona licked her. She smiled and hugged Winona and Sunset Glare. "Cuties. I'm going to keep you." Fluttershy said. The family watched when they saw a creature with a head of a pony, with yellowish red eyes, a deer antler on the right, a blue goat horn on the left, one long fang, a snake tounge, a goat beard, white bushy eyebrows, a right arm of a lion, a left claw of an eagle, a right leg of a lizard, a left leg of a goat, a bat's right wing, a pegasus' left wing, a horse's mane, and a dragon-like snake's tail with a white tail tuft named Discord who was the leader of the chaos ponies, came up to them.

"Your majesty." Discord said as he bowed and looked at Twilight Sparkle. "Born with powers, or cursed?" "Born and they're getting stronger." Prince Solaris replied as Princess Celestia showed Sunset Shimmer to him. Discord placed his paw on their daughter's head and said "You are lucky that it wasn't her heart. The heart is not so easily changed, but the head can be persuaded." "Do what you must." Prince Solaris said. As Discord worked on his magic to wipe out Sunset Shimmer's memories of her sister using her powers and change to the activities when they were outside, he said "I recommend that we remove all magic, even memories of magic to be safe. But don't worry, I'll leave the fun." He then put the fun memories back into Sunset Shimmer's head, and she smiled in her sleep.

"She will be okay." Discord said. "But she won't remember that I have powers?" Twilight Sparkle asked. Prince Solaris nodded and said "It's for the best." "Listen to me, Twilight Sparkle, your power will only grow." Discord said as he used his magic to show them an older version of Twilight Sparkle showing her powers to the ponies. "There's beauty in it, but also great danger." Discord said as the blue aura turned red making Twilight Sparkle gasp. "You must learn to control it. Fear will be your enemy." When the aura of the ponies turned red and caught the blue version of Twilight Sparkle telling them that it will be big trouble if she can't control her powers, she gasped in fear and held to her father. "No! We can protect her." Prince Solaris said. "She can learn to control it. I'm sure. Until then, we'll lock the gates, we'll reduce the staff, we'll limit her contact with other ponies, and keep her powers hidden from everypony, including Sunset Shimmer."

Back at Canterlot, by order of Prince Solaris, pony guards closed the gates of the castle so that nopony could get in. The staff closed the windows, and had moved Twilight Sparkle's bed and stuff to another room, having the whole room to Sunset Shimmer. Sunset Shimmer ran out of her room, down the hallway to see her sister. She saw Twilight Sparkle entering her room and closed the door, locking it to keep her sister out for her own good.
