Clary's POV 2 months later.
A knock sounded on my bedroom door. My bedroom. I was still getting used to it, after all I had only been here a little while. I got up from my glorious queen sized bed and opened the door.
There stood Hunter in a light blue button up shirt and black pants holding a huge bouquet of red roses.
"Hi." He said
I stood there chuckling. "Hi." I replied. He shifted nervously from one foot to another and took a deep breath.
"Look, I know that you just got out of a messy relationship," he started.
"How did you-" I gasped.
"My parents told me. Anyways I know your last boyfriend was a complete jerk for hurting you, I mean honestly how could someone cheat on you? Like your so beautiful and awesome and smart. And you can play video games and actually like them, not many girls do. And your so kind and your eyes sparkle when you smile and....and I'm rambling. Okay, uh, Clary-"
I rushed to him and pulled his face to mine, our lips barely touching. His arms wrapped around me and all I felt was warmth. Warmth and love. We broke the kiss and he smiled down at me still in his embrace.
"Clary Fray, will you go out with me?"

Isabelle POV
I walked into the training room to find Jace and Alec sparring together. Jace dodged Alec's punch and swiped his feet out from under him. Alec's massive body it the ground. Hard.
"Don't you think you've had enough of beating up Alec, Jace?" I smirked as they finally noticed me.
Jace helped Alec up and smile. "That's one thing I'll never get tired of." He said.
I have forgiven Jace in the past 2 years since Clary's been gone. That doesn't mean I still don't remind him everyday of what he did to Clary. That also doesn't mean that I like his new girlfriend. "Think of the devil." I thought, as Vanessa Starkbourne entered the room. "Hiiiiii, Isabella." She said in her texan drawl.
"It's Isabelle. You would think after three months of the two of you dating, she would know my name. Ugh!" I stated.
"Come on Isabelle. I'm sure she didn't mean it." Jace said sternly.
"Yeah sure," I scoffed, "anyways mom wants us in the library in ten minutes, which now is five. Thanks to her." I stormed out of the training room.
I walked to the library to meet up with Simon. Ever since he had his memory taken, it's been coming back in fragments. He remembers me but not exactly our relationship. So we started over, taken things slow but it's better than having no Simon at all.
Simon stood in front of the library double doors like a guard on watch. "Hi." I said to him, walking up. "Hey Izzy. What's with the emergency meeting?" He asked. "I don't know, mom didn't say anything about it." I told him. He shrugged as we walked through the doors. Everyone was here. Jace, Vanessa, Alec, Jocelyn and Luke, even Magnus.
"Good you're all here. Now we have some very important matters to discuss, so please, take a seat." My mother said. Simon and I made our way to the empty spot on the couch. "What is it, mom?" Alec said.
"Well, as you all know, the demon activity has risen quite significantly over these past few months. The Council has asked the three top institutes to travel to Idris to help protect it. They believe there is going o be an attack." My mother said.
"Being the second best rated institute, we have been asked and will go to Idris. We leave tomorrow at 10 am. On the dot. Don't be late. Alright everyone that's all. Go pack. Magnus we will need you to create a portal and put up wards around Idris." She walked out of the room then to let us get prepared.
"Wait if we are the second best institute, who's the first?" Jace asked. "The Los Angeles
Institute," Alec replied, "They have the best female shadowhunter there.""Oh really?" Simon questioned. "I thought I was the best female shadowhunter!" He whined. I chuckled at his antics. "I guess we'll find tomorrow." I said. He shrugged and we left to pack.
